Signature was great. From the salesperson Scott to the technician John everyone took my best interests into mind and treated my home as if it were their own. They were courteous and personal the whole time. They completed the work fast and cleaned up the area afterwards. I would absolutely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone as well!

Wonderful. Contact with the company was non-pressure, professional and timely. The work crew: friendly and respectful. Though this was big expense item I was at ease during the entire process and highly recommend this company.

Called Signature at 10:30 am and Tech was at our home by 11:00 am. All repairs completed by 12:30 pm. House back to normal. John Long was our technician and he was very helpful, knew his business. Very professional. I would highly recommend John and Signature.

Okay, pretty routine process. check pressures and temperatures.

They were getting it ready for the summer. I would not use them again, because of the aggressive marketing techniques. I think they were trying to sell me stuff that I didn't need. The workers that came out to do the work were fine. It took them about an hour to check the system and get it back up and running. He cleaned up the area very good when he completed the work, I have not complaints.

Sometimes I think they look for stuff that doesn't always need to be done. They make suggestions that I don't think is necessary. They do come when they say they will come. They give you a 2 hour window. They call and tell you when they will be there.

I would use them again. The work is fine, they cleaned up after themselves. I had no problem, I just felt that the repairs they suggested were pricey compared to other people, and that maybe weren't necessary.

They came out and they didn't end up charging me anything for the inspection; they just applied it to the cost of the repair and replacement of the coils. I would give them an A rating across the board. They helped me through the process. It took them a few days to get the part in but once they were here, it was just an hour or two. One person came out and he was good. He left the area clean and there were no issues.

Actual install went fine. Pricing was on par with the other quotes I got. They were willing to negotiate some to make sure their pricing matched up with my budget. The installation was on-time. They coached me through the whole process. 2 main reasons why I didn't give it an "A" rating. 1. The team who removed my old furnace were not professional at all. They did a walkthrough of the job, but when they showed up, didn't remember anything about the walkthrough. The boss of the crew was obnoxious, swearing and yelling frequently. It was concerning enough that I did not feel comfortable with leaving them in my home alone. They also left junk in my yard (ex: random metal pieces, a half full oil can, trash from their lunch, etc.) I think they are subcontractors, but they do not represent Signature well. I was extremely dissatisfied with their part of the project. One note, the installation team was fantastic. They clearly explained everything they were doing and walked me through the whole job. 2. The job is still not 100% finished. There were a few more loose ends that the sales guy said he would complete, but he still has not done them. I have contacted him a few times, but have not received a reply.

The service attendant was on time per the appointment. He struggled trying to diagnose the problem with both furnaces. Eventually he recommended cutting the vent pipes and running a "snake" through the lines to clean them out ( at about $300 per line). It turned out that the vent pipes were not clogged. For the furnace on the main floor, he determined afterwards that by lifting up on the vent blower motor( removes the combustion gases from the furnace) that the furnace would function temporarily if the motor was held in place. He recommended a replacement blower motor a cost of about $800.00. Due to having replaced the same item on the second furnace back in November, I had looked up the item on line and found that I could purchase them from multiple vendors ( such as Amazon) for less than $150.00. These units are held in place with 4 or 5 bolts and replacement takes about 10 minutes, including removing and reattaching a few hoses. The second furnace stopped running one day later. Having done my homework, I replaced the pressure switch myself with one I had on hand, and the furnace straightened up. The moral of all of this is Carpe Diem, or "buyer beware". Expect that if you have a service call and you need parts to repair your furnace, expect to be asked to pay 4 or 5 times the actual cost of the replacement parts.

They were great. They were good. They seem really honest. He told us about the Freon and that they system will still work but it would perform better if they add a little extra.

Great. Bill, Signature's salesman, gave me a great presentation explaining how the system worked and alternate choices which greatly helped in choosing the right unit for my needs. The installers Ed and Steffen were punctual, professional and very polite. They were extremely helpful when it came to moving my household items to make space for both removal and installation of unit. I would highly recommend this company.

The Installers were friendly and knowledgeable in answering questions about things I was asking while they were there and about how to clean the condensate trap and air filter. The installers had read the brief from the estimator and performed the work above and beyond my expectations. They provided a brief on the things that I needed to know in reference to cleaning the filter and the condensate trap. The cleanup was excellent and complete.

It was good. They were pretty fast. I called them online and I asked them. I had already scheduled them to come. I think they came on the day I purchased the deal. I wasn't okay with the amount of repairs that he was asking. His diagnostic was right. They scheduled fast and they came on time. They did inspect but the repair cost was really, really high. I wasn't happy with the cost of the repair but he was good with the inspection and diagnostic. He did his job well.

We have a service contract with them.
