Great!! I was no longer living in the house and they were able to complete the work on the exterior of the house without me having to be there. They were out on the date/time they said they would.

The representative came to us on Friday and the unit was installed the following Tuesday. He was later than expected, but things happen. Once he arrived he went right to work. Very professional and was happy to answer my questions.

The agentt arrived at the appointed time. He completed a routine test of the various functions of the AC and furnace. He showed me how the filter did not need to be replaced at this time, but directed me to an economic source for filters when needed. He also showed mle how my existing dehumidifier could be hooked up to automatically evacuate the water instead of dumping it by hand. He was very knowledgeable and professionl in his demeanor. I would not hesitate to utilize Siganture Air Conditioning in the future.

The provider came out and relit the pilot light and changed filter. Good price. Very courteous and everything went 110%.

It went great. A long time problem that I had been having was finally properly diagnosed and corrected.

It went well. He checked it out and found a problem with over pressure and released some of the pressure to balance it out. He recommended to replace a valve but said that it's not urgent. Didn't try to pressure me into replacing the valve. He later sent me an estimate of what it would cost to replace the valve.

I first called Signature about this problem about 10:30 AM on a weekday and they were able to schedule an appointment that same afternoon. They told me up front it would be a $79 diagnostic fee and the technician would then discuss what work was needed. Scott arrived during the 2-hour appointment window. Rather than just leaving him to work in the basement, I hung around to learn what was going on and I'm glad I did. Scott was very knowledgeable, personable and professional and explained everything clearly and how much it would cost. Since I've only lived here a short time and have not talked much to my neighbors, I used Angie's List to find an HVAC company and the excellent reviews for Signature were correct. I would also highly recommend them.

The service was performed on-time (maybe even early) and the programmable thermostat was tested. Lee tested the systems and gave us the "all clear" which was actually not what we wanted to hear, as we have a heat pump that has been struggling in the colder-than-average winters over the past few years. But the service plan was really just an inspection to make sure your system is performing as designed, not to evaluate the overall effectiveness and efficiency. We may schedule another consultation like that next fall. I would recommend Signature to anyone for HVAC work. The jury is still out on the annual plan, but the customer experience side of has been great.

Lee Gilbert was the technician, and he provided exceptional service! He was prompt, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. The issue was diagnosed and fixed in short order. By the way, this all took place at 7AM on a Sunday! Amazing experience.

My heater quit on the coldest night in 20 yrs. Called Signature HVAC (I was long-time maintenance customer) @ 6:30pm on a Sunday. Repair technician was on-site by 9pm. Problem could not be fixed that night. Next morning technician discovered heat exchanger had multiple holes from corrosion. Owner came out to meet me personally later that evening, walked me through range of options (replacing heat exchanger on 18 yr old system was not advisable), and complete HVAC replacement was completed the next day. Installers were very thorough, left area spotless, and walked me through everything they had done and everything I'd need to know about the new system. When all was said and done, this was a 48-hr process handled in the most professional and competent manner - they've created a lifetime customer with me!

One furnace needed a blower capacitor, both needed flame sensors. He also replaced an expansion tank on the water heater that had failed. Recommended wrapping a drain line with insulation to protect from freezing Recommended having a condensation pump for each system and adding a safety shut off switch Recommended re-piping pvc drain into condensation pump Recommended replacing one unit in the near future when discounts are available. Our tech Scott, was on time and explained everything he needed to do. He cleaned up afterwards. We signed up for a maintenance plan that saved us money on the repairs he made today.

We were very happy with the heat and the product. We were happy with them. We were happy with everything. He came out and inspected and gave me a lot of options. We decided to replace it and so the sales person came out and gave us options on the model. In a very timely schedule the servicemen came in and installed in one day. We have been happy with it and it has been working ever since.

We had Signature replace our 20 yr old furnace and air conditioning unit. We couldn't be more pleased about the installation. This was exactly the experience we were looking for: friendly, knowledgeable, professional installers. Arrive on time (actually early), done on time, cleaned up, answered all questions. We highly recommend Signature. We've used Signature the past couple of years to do maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning. These appliances were 20 years old and they needed attention at times: the control board for the igniter went bad and needed replacing. After a long hot spell last summer the wiring outside at the heat exchanger melted and needed replacing. Scott at Signature has always done an excellent job addressing these issues. Scott got us in touch with Bill at Signature who came out to talk with us about options. There's always high-end and low-end options, but our situation wasn't special (no allergies, no pets, no terrible hot spots in the house during summer nor terrible cold spots during winter). Bill went over everything with us: the set of choices isn't large and we heard the range from low-to-high on the choices, what impact those choices had on PECO rebates, and when certain choices would return their investment. We viewed professional installation as being more important than equipment; we want it done right so that it has the potential to last a long time. Signature came out the next week. Ed and John did the whole job. They arrived 10 minutes early and got done on time. Both were friendly and professional and answered all our questions. It's a whole day job. They put down cloths to protect floors, hauled all the old parts way, and put in the new equipment. The installation was thoughtful. They installed an electrical socket into a now usable location ( the previous was not), and the pump plugs into it rather that stretching across the floor to a receptacle on the wall. They made a pocket right near the furnace for us to hold all the furnace/air condition/humidifier documents: I'm sure a simple and cheap and obvious thing to do--but it shows attention to even small details. The equipment sits in a metal tray with a 1 inch lip in case there's any leaks with the humidifier--there's a detector that senses water build-up and shuts things down so we don't get water all over the place. This had happened to us just 3 days before because our very old pump gave out and we had water all over the floor. The new pump sits inside the tray area so we don't expect any issues. They replaced the old air conditioning outdoor unit by first putting down more gravel to stabilize the pad that the new unit sits upon. After 20 years the old unit leaned a bit because of the ground settling underneath the pad. We had 3 inches of snow outside so they had to deal with that too. The new unit is much bigger than the old one. At the end of the day, they went over everything that was done: the outside installation, the new thermostat and how to work it, the furnace and how to replace air filter, the humidifier and its settings. Everything was cleaned up very well. You couldn't detect that anyone had actually replaced a furnace that day. We're very pleased with our experience with Signature.
