Description of Work: Ken came out on time, indicated it would be a "quick" job and led me to believe he could stop in first thing in the am and do it relatively soon. I was scheduled a month out, way to long for an hour job. This type of response usually makes me feel as though the contractor/service provider is not interested in the job.
