It took three weeks to arrive. We were able to get it into the basement and put it together. When we turned it on it the belt made a flapping noise. We went to the troubleshooting part of the manual and still couldn't fix it. I called QVC and they said to box it up and mail it back. I told her it wouldn't be easy to just mail back because the weight. I asked if there was a warranty or someone who could come out to look at it. They said I should call the manufacturer directly. I called HealthRider and they sent a technician out a few days later. The technician said the treadmill was dropped during shipping and it cannot be repaired. He took pictures and said he would file a report and inform me what they would do from there. They said they would pick up the old one when they delivered the new one. I waited 3 days and nothing. They then said they wouldn't do anything within 30 days of receiving it and that QVC had to take care of the problem. I called QVC again and I asked for the highest manager on staff. She wasn't available, but she did call me back. I explained that I wanted them to come out and take the old one and replace it with a new one as well as set it up. She said they wouldn't have someone put it together. She also said that I would have to make another $600 payment and once they had mine back they would credit the original $600. I was so upset that I told her to just make arrangements to have someone pick it up and I just wanted it refunded. The following Monday, I got a call from the shipper. He asked if it was in the box. I told him was not because it was already put together. He said he had to get permission from QVC if it's not in the box. I feel like QVC should be compensating me in some way for this. They won't refund my money until the treadmill is returned and they verify the technicians report. They had no compassion for my situation. I was shocked by the lack of customer service.

Ordered 2 items and they shipped them separately instead of in 1 box. Therefore they charged me for 2 shipping and handling fees. They sent out these 2 items on an account I have with them that only had $11.34. I tried to close this account and gave them a new account I have with them to process the order. The customer service rep did not do this and just set it out with the account I wanted closed. Because of this my account was overdrawn and I have over draft fees taken out ($36.00). I would like them to reimburse me for the over draft fees since they did not honor my request to not use this account. Not until December 2008 did hear from QVC. They wanted me to provide a bank statement to show this. I did this for them. Even after that, I have not heard from them.
