He is excellent and I found him from a personal recommendation for business associates. He is really good and his name is Joe Oakes. He is the owner and has done a lot of work for us since we have a brand new house. I have been happy with everything he has done for us and he has done a fabulous job.

It went fabulously!!! My home is new construction. The landscaping done by the builder's crew was ho hum at best. Joe Oakes, owner of Property Landscape Services was recommended by a business associate. He responded to my call quickly, set up an appointment to come over to look at project and to talk about what I wanted done. He was back with a detailed proposal in about 3 days. Joe offered to meet us at his favorite nursery to look at the proposed plants and to discuss alternatives. We did and found some great wow factor plants. All of the plants from the original installation had to be removed. Joe incorporated many of them into the new design. They had been in about 8 weeks. Some of them were showing signs of severe stress. These plants had been improperly planted. Joe had some great ideas to solve yard maintenance issues. The new plants were carefully and properly planted. The design he did for the property is very pleasing to the eye with the wow factor I was looking for. I give Joe high marks on the project from start to finish. Project price was very fair. He is coming back in the fall to put in the trees I want. Would I use him again - definitely! Would I recommend him to a friend - absolutely!
