Provider contacted day of and was in house two days later. Very friendly and explained what he was doing and why it was being done.

It went well. I can't remember the details, but if it had not gone well, I would remember that.

They did a good job, showed up on time, and allowed for scheduling the appt in short order. Their maintenance package (which we purchased) is more expensive than Horizon's, but they did much less upselling than Horizon does.

Went well tech. was very coperative. Presented himself well and had pleasent personality. He went right to work and made sure I was satified before he left

Rob the technician was courteous, punctual and very thorough. I was happy with his service. He gave me advices regarding regular maintenance and safety issue. He gave me price for air duct cleaning and showed me the video of that process, suggested to seal the area where duct work goes into chimney. He found out our humidifier was not working but did not give me a price for replacement so I purchased another Angie's List coupon for installation of a new one.

Provider was on time and very neat. Did an excellent job. Spoke politely and was attentive to questions.

Through our emails to schedule the appointment he mention that it would be an additional $86 for him to come out. I was not aware of this; I went back to read the deal and saw that there might be additional charges. I did not feel like this was worth the extra charge.

That service turned out very well. One technician came out and he did not find anything during the tune up. He was on site for about 45 minutes. He was professional, personable and courteous.

They didn’t do any work, they just came out to check the HVAC system and everything was fine. One employee came out and he was here for about 10 minutes. He was very nice and professional. I have a maintenance contract with them.

That service turned out great. They came out and did the tune up for our heater last month. One technician came out and it took him about an hour. He was polite and very good. It was a good visit.

They were able to replace the whole par the same day. He had to go out of his way and he did a great job. He was a great young man and he was excellent. They had a special deal, their price was reasonable and we then signed up with a maintenance agreement with them for the next couple years.

That service turned out pretty okay. One technician came out and he did work on the furnace. The price was costly.

It went well overall. Ended up getting the HVAC monthly service protection in case anything happened since the unit is older and wasn't taken care of before we bought the condo.

He told me all was well. That one part could be replaced, that it was not working to the desired level, but there was no pressure to replace it.

Came within 24 hours. Nice courteous, not too expensive. We were in a jam since our AC broke, but felt like the guy did a honest job.

We could not schedule for a day that I could do. They ended up coming out when I was out of town. They told my daughter that one AC was not working so they never touched that. They told her to have me call when I got back. I called and was told that they never came out and that I was never in my system! They may have done service on one of them, but my daughter doesn’t know for sure as she was not outside with them. The person that I spoke with was very nice and apologetic and did everything she could to locate me in the system.

Professional worker was on time and did a good job.

It went well. When they came out, they always get me to sign up for a year or whatever. I am not too happy when they do that but I don't have to say yes, I understand. But they were good. The man was very nice. I had a good experience with him and we got a long very well. He was very nice and he was great. He did all that I asked. It turned out very good.

Good - explained how it worked and gave tips on how to maintain it. Repair were all extra priced - though luckily did not need it.

Furnace cleaning and inspection. It went well and they were very professional and informative.

Really liked him as a technician and Rohrers communication was prompt and they got me in to do the service a week after I bought it on Angie's list. He arrived within the time window that I was given and explained the whole procedure to me. This company has at least one great technician and it made me want continue to do business with

Workman came at the proper time and checked out the furnace. Found nothing wrong with it. Gave me an itemized list of what parts of furnace he had checked. Gave me information on buying a service contract. I declined it at this time.
