This is a family owned business who take pride in their work. Johnâ s three sons and their friend did the work and John supervised them regularly. They were punctual and neat. They were conscientious and meticulous in their workmanship. They were very pleasant to work with. After they completed the job my transformer for the lights stopped working and his son came out immediately and replaced it with a new transformer box immediately. I gave 4 stars on value for money because it was expensive, but thatâ s how it is now. The lighting was expensive. Overall I am extremely happy with with the workman ship and my beautiful deck that I can now enjoy more than I have in the past 20 years. It is gorgeous!

The Nelsons did a great job - incl. providing a detailed estimate, making adjustments along the way to get it just right, and juggling best they could through the COVID shut down. When they were able to work they worked very hard day after day. Very pleased with the result! 3 season porch/sun room is a great addition to the house.

I received 4 quotes and and went with Nelson and sons. They offered a fair price (not the cheapest) but very knowledgeable about Trex products, deck design and building. They started and finished on time, products arrived on time and they worked fast and very professional. The deck came out better than I imagined. John helped us pick colors and design the layout and was flexible with a few last-minute changes we requested. I highly recommend Nelson and Sons!

Nelson and Sons did my backyard deck. From start to finish, they were meticulous, efficient, and operated like a well-oiled machine. They worked with me on pricing and suggested trex for flooring and top of the rails, with wood for the pillars. The result looks awesome. Getting lots of compliments!! The whole job took three days. Very happy with my deck. Definitely recommend!
