 + 0 moreThey wasted lots of their time and resources because they could not do anything right the first time. The pool had streaks, the fence had to be reinstalled twice, the chicken-wire around the fence had to be reinstalled three times and is still not right. The gate was self-closing and now is not. The worst is that the patio near the house does not allow water to flow away from the house. Kevin had a fit of frustration, walked off the job, taking his MKB sign with him. I have hired another contractor to fix what he could not and we will sue MKB for those charges. They should stick to lawn maintenance and minor work. They are not ready for prime time.
Description of Work: Pool refinishing and repainting, pool deck in hardscape materials, take down fence to do work and return fence in position, back concrete patio replaced with hardscape materials. Install waterfall in pool.

 + -1 moreNothing to say except that this company has missed out on having a new customer. I recently bought my house and will have a great deal of lawn work to be done in the spring. I will not contact this company to do the work.
Description of Work: Work not performed. After several attempts to reach the company, we scheduled a time for them to come and clear some brush. They never showed up nor did they call. I tried to reach them a couple more times and was unsuccessful.

 + 0 moreMKB went above and beyond!! They didn't cut when it didn't need to be, always on time. Husband and wife run the company, work together...the first family owned and oriented company I have had a good experience with!! They are fabulous. They really care and take the time to talk to you so you understand and they give you options!!! Imagine OPTIONS...I am using them again this year.
Description of Work: Lawn mowing, fertilizing, core aeration and overseeding.
