+ -1 moreA spring and cable were broken on one side of my garage door. He recommended replacing both springs, the cables, the pulleys, and the rollers, because they were all old (9 years old) and for safety reasons. The replacement parts he suggested were safer, stronger, and more reliable than the original parts. It took him less than 2 hours to do all the work, he did an excellent job and he was very upfront and honest in ALL his suggestions and dealings.
Description of Work: He replaced 2 new springs, 4 new pulleys, 1 set of running cables, 1 set of safety cables, and 10 new rollers. I have a 5 year warranty on parts and a lifetime warranty on the rollers.
