Glen called me right away and was able to schedule me for the next day. I was in a rush because it was the week before Christmas with family coming over and if I couldnt have had the chimney cleaned we could not have enjoyed a fire for the holiday. All other companies said "sorry but we cant get there till after the holiday". Glen was on time, very professional & personable. He was respectful of my home and did a great job!
