GLen was professional and personable. His office called me to schedule the service wthin 15 minutes of my contacting Servicemagic. He was prompt and did a great job, pinpointing some problem areas with my chimneys confirming what my friend, a roofing contractor, had already told me. He did a thorough job for a fair price and I recommended him to my daughter, who was also very pleased with his work. I will definitely call him in the future.

Glenn was awesom! He responded to my ServiceMagic request submission in less than 5 minutes with a phone call. He went above and beyond in several visits to troubleshoot and remediate our chimney issue. I couldnt have been more pleased with his service and expertise.

Glen was very professional and kept things clean. Also, knowing I was trying to save money, he stuck to the basic job without trying to sell me anything else. He did notice some other issues that should be addressed in the spring. Since Glen does other work besides chimneys, I showed him two other projects in my house. He gave me estimates for both, but for one, he suggested an alternative that I could probably do myself and showed me how (which I did, saving me money on the part and labor). At the very least, I'll have him back in the spring to do the additional chimney work, but I'll likely have him do the other work as well.

I hired Jack of all Trades. I put in my request, and he called right away. He did an excellent, meticulous job on cleaning and inspecting my fireplace. His service was very professional. Without question I would recommend him.

My repair is finally done and Jack of All Trades did a fine job.....they were professional and prompt....a rarity today.....and didn't try to oversell what needed to be done. I would heartily recommend them.
