It was fine. It was a friendly service.

It went fine. They did point out some things that needed work in our fireplace and they fixed those as well. They did a great job with the cleaning. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The guy was very good. There were no other charges other than the Big Deal price. I don't know if the sweep ever happened just because the way that the service from the last individual was. My primary reason was I wanted him to do the potential sweep and look at what was done by the previous contractor. I think he gave a very fair estimate. He was very detailed with me with what was wrong with the chimney and what services had to be done.

He seemed to know what he was talking about. He was honest about the pricing and what other people would probably charge. He did give me a lot of information that I did not know before when I used the previous provider.

They were great. Very nice and friendly. They inspected the chimney, gave us a list of items that needed to be fixed/replaced and an estimate for all of the work. We did not get the work done through the company but would be happy to have them work on the house in the future.

I have used Jack-of-All-Trades many times in the past. Glen and his team never disappoint. The installation of these new toilets was a nightmare for him - plumbing problems and rusted out flanges. He does not get frustrated when complications arise - he works the problem until it is finished. I cannot give higher praises, because Glen is the perfect contractor. He shows up when expected, and gets the job done. And at a reasonable price. As highly recommended as can get. Many more projects planned and Glen is my go-to guy. Hire the guy - he delivers...

Well but gave a high price for some other work

Provider was very gracious in extending usual service area to our rural location. Serviceman was very professional and pleasant.

The service went fine. He gave suggestions on other things to address in the future. He suggested a chimney liner since most of the other people in the neighborhood also have liners. He did the camera inspection and did not find anything major. The technician was very friendly and great with our dog and kids. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The flue was visually inspected and found good. No actual work was done.

The price on Angie's List was really a bargain and the customer service person at Jack of All Trades was super friendly and helpful. Tyler called and said he was running ahead of schedule so he came early which was great. He thoroughly inspected the chimney, told me some technical details - such as, having a liner made it easier to clean apparently and those liners last a lifetime, typically. He gave the chimney a fast but thorough cleaning and I was delighted that he reported there was no need for any repair work or reconditioning, which was a concern. Tyler was knowledgeable, efficient, totally professional and a really nice guy. I will DEFINITELY call Jack of All Trades in the future whenever I need some repair work, carpentry, cleaning or other services done around the house. They really are a Jack of All Trades! THANKS.

Great. Showed up a few minutes early. Very professional and helpful. We were told that there was a possible problem with the flue for our boiler, but didn't have any details. I mentioned it when they came to clean the chimney, and so they took a look and provided an estimate to fix it. I would definitely recommend them in the future!

Every thing went well. On time, professional approach, kept everything clean in house. No surprise that roof work was needed. Had not been checked or repaired for over 15 years

Tyler arrived on time and was polite, respectful, and professional. He performed the inspection and cleaning of my chimney, informed me of what he was doing, and addressed my questions to him. He was very thorough and neat. I will definitely use them again.

Receptionist excellent and worked around my schedule. Called to say the service person may be late and was willing to reschedule which I did. The young man called to say he was on his way, was very professional and corrected a problem with the flue, which he included in the "Angies deal" price. Would definitely use again.

Great. They kept everything clean while they were sweeping the chimney and did a very thorough inspection. Very pleased with professionalism.

In addition, they inspected the cap from the roof. They recommended future fixes for an aging cap but were not pushy at all about committing to the purchase, and took measurements for the future work. In addition, they made some minor fixes for me as well for the damper pull and took the time to answer a few additional questions I had along the way related to the HVAC system and interactions with the fireplace. Overall, a great service call, nothing more that one could ask for. I'll look forward to using JoaT's in the future for other jobs as needed.

Glen was very prompt with his initial contact. He showed up as scheduled to provide an estimate. We chose him to do the job and he was able to fit us into his schedule in plenty of time before the stove arrived. On the day of installation he arrived on time, actually a little early, and got the job done promptly and accurately. While checking out the electrical connections, we found a nasty looking connection hidden in the wall which Glen was willing and able to fix at the same time for a small additional fee which we had no problem with. It was one of those things we could have probably done ourselves, but it was far easier and quicker to let Glen make the correction. We found Glen to be very personable, professional, and a really nice guy. I would hire him again in a heartbeat when I have other jobs.
