Great job! One area of the bedroom was heavily stained and now it almost looks like new even though the carpeting is showing its age! They were punctual; you have to be a little patient though to get in touch/hear from/schedule? But I would definitely call again!

Absolutely spectacular service. They came in 25% less in cost than the nearest quote, and their work was impeccable. They also had flexibility (which we appreciated), allowing us to add on work that we forgot (namely the quarter-round in the room. The tile work they did is flawless. We are extremely happy with the work, and will definitely use them again for future projects. Highly recommended!

I called and left a voice message to schedule the service appointment. They called me back within 10 minutes and I had an appointment scheduled within 2 weeks. The owner and a member of his crew arrived promptly on time. During the service, they were very neat, wore booties, and cleaned up after themselves. The service was thorough and done quickly. In his provided report he did note some items that should be addressed. Overall they did a great job, no complaints. I will definitely call on them again in the future.

Very professional and informative. Cracks in my chimney crown were discovered and photos were shown to me. Will plan on having them come back to fix the crown.

Amazing. I really enjoyed meeting with Glen when he came out to give us a quote. He was upfront, had great ideas and very competitive pricing. I also loved that no job was too small or too big. This company truly is a jack of all trades. I was hesitant at first because they are very busy and I knew the work would have to be done later than I wanted but I am so glad we waited. Glen and his team, especially Phil, were great from start to finish. Once we had a date in the books they came on time on the date planned and worked on projects around the weather (we had freezing rain). They were quick, responsive to my updated needs and very professional. I will be using them again and again. I highly recommend them!

He was on time and very courteous. He recommended some things to improve the draft of our fireplace and we liked him enough that he scheduled him to come back out and install them. I'll revise my post when we see how the next service goes. My wife asked him if he installed fences and he said he does, but he recommended going with another service that would give us a better price. Seems to be a very honest guy.

Excellent! will use this service again. Glenn is so thorough at his job. We have a cracked chimney at the top and he suggested how we can fix it . There was no pressure in his exam. We called the next week to have it fixed .

Glen arrived with his team early in the morning. Although he did not have the window that morning, he told us he would get the glass replaced and install which saved us money. His team of 2 went to work immediately and over two days the job was completed and both my wife and I were very happy. These professionals were very patient, we have a hyper dog by the way, and they were both friendly and did not waste anytime completing this job. We would definitely recommend and hire again. I've written many times about Glen and Jack-of-All-Trades. I had 2 trees fall on my house in late June - windows destroyed, trees down on the house, holes in the roof, split rail fence clobbered etc. - the works. I did not consider getting a fence guy, a roof guy, a gutter guy etc - I knew I could call Glen and have it all done by one company. Glen came out the next day and cut up the downed trees and sealed the roof and windows until he could get out to do the repairs. THAT is special customer service - I have no doubt he had more work than he could handle. Since I've been a long time customer, Glen personally came out and did the work himself. My roof is now repaired, I have new gutters, my fence is mended and the windows are being done next week. This is the one contractor I would trust with anything - they have done a dozen jobs for me and has never disappointed. THE best...

They covered the carpet inside and literally used a special vacuum from inside the house. I don't believe they went up on the roof to do any inspection of the chimney cap which is why I rated them a bit lower. They didn't provide any report on the outside of the chimney ( cap on roof).

We simply chose to use a different provider.

They came and cleaned my chimney. I thought the hook that holds the chain was broken, and the owner came out and confirmed it was just fine and he didn't charge me extra for that. He also does plumbing and I plan to hire him for that as well.

He was terrific. Very professional and friendly. He wore shoe coverings and was careful not to mess up our living room where the fireplace is. He also took some measurements of our kitchen to give us a quote for installing a backsplash, which was a reasonable quote. He was very friendly to our cats, one of whom really took to him; he, too, is a cat person, which always enhances an interaction. I would recommend this vendor highly.

Glen was very responsive to all of my requests. I live in TX and the house in DE was my father's estate so all this was done by phone, text and email. The new buyers were very picky and Glen answered all their unreasonable requests. When one of the repairs failed, Glen immediately responded and made it all right. Glen demonstrated that he has character and a genuine concern for his customers. HIs prices are fair and his value is high.
