Description of Work: Glenn from Jack of all Trades is a very nice person to deal with. Our work is still in progress. He was hired to demolish my side stairs and rebuild new ones along with a very small porch, as well as replace our storm door and do some caulking in front of the house where the cement had begun to separate from the front of the house. The door ended up being special order which is why it has taken 2 months to do. My only issue is that Glenn did not communicate that the door was special order until I called to follow up 3 weeks later. Otherwise I would use him again.

Description of Work: I got the deal for chimney cleaning for a new property. It was rather tricky trying to get a hold of them, but they do attempt to call you back and as far as I'm aware they did a good job. The chimney was in relatively good shape in the first place and literally all they did was sweep it out, and tell me I needed to get a topper. They were on time (which is a must in my book) and courteous. The only reason I ranked price as a B is I saw the same service for less than half that price after it was too late.

Description of Work: Glen showed up on-time as scheduled (even though he called and said he was running 10 minutes behind)- did a thorough cleaning on the chimney and did a quick inspection of both chimneys. Looks like I need some exterior work done on both chimneys, will probably use them when the weather gets nicer to get that work complete.

Description of Work: Jack of ALL Trades was hired to clean and inspect our chimney. Glen arrived on time. He quickly and efficiently cleaned the chimney and fireplace. He advised in writing that we had cracks in the fireplace that we would need to keep an eye on. Otherwise everything was fine. |In addition to being efficient, he was friendly and took his time to discuss other jobs that we might need done in the future. I would definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Swept my chimney and inspected it (inside, outside, and took a look at the water heater/furnace exhaust in the basement, too). He was very professional and did a great job. We hired him for additional work to be completed in two weeks.
