Description of Work: He performed an inspection of our chimney, including going on roof and checking, as well as cleaning out the inside of our chimney. He also gave recommendations of what might be needed in the future: he was open and honest enough to tell us that we were in very good shape, and didn't need any follow-up service, except our yearly cleanings, for now.

Description of Work: Re-lined chimney with steel liner which has a lifetime warranty. Repaired chimney crown and re-pointed masonry on top of chimney. Replaced chimney cap.
