Description of Work: Glen performed a Chimney Sweep and Fireplace Cleanup at our place. He was very professional, on time, and answered all our questions with patience. Additionally, he took good care to keep our place clean, including using shoe covers. We will consider having Glen help us with other projects in the future as well.

Description of Work: Called him a week ago, left message, never called me back. If too busy, at least be courteous enought to call back so I can move to next provider. Poor.

Description of Work: The owner had one of his men come and replace the fascia on the gable that had blown away and also power washed one side of our two storey colonial house (the narrower side) which had mildew. The work was performed very diligently by the guy who showed up. For this job we paid him 275.00. We were happy with the work performed. We also requested an estimate of painting several areas of the house and install trim moulding in a few of the rooms. The total estimate he gave was around $4500.00. We requested trim moulding in the dining and living rooms and our kitchen and family room, replace a piece of drywall in the kitchen ceiling (about a sq. ft), paint the entire kitchen ceiling, paint the walls and ceiling of the foyer (2 storey), paint the master bedroom walls and the baseboard all around the room. However since his quote was so high for the second job, we gave the job to someone else who did the job for a lot less.

Description of Work: I used Jack Of All Trades Inc sometime in September for some siding work and to replace some flashing over the window.

Description of Work: I had some electrical work done which consisted of putting new boxes in the basement. The person doing the work did not seem very loyal to his firm offering to work on the side later on (he eventually left) and that made me feel uneasy. He did an okay job, but I felt the company charged more than the going rate which is why I wouldn't use them again. I feel the company needs to do a better job of screening those who they employ.

Description of Work: We got an over-the-phone price one day and service was performed the next day. Dryer vent was cleaned/cleared of bird nesting materials and new vent cover and cage cover installed to prevent bird access in the future. He had the perfect equipment for the job and seemed to do it well, including cleanup afterwards.

Description of Work: Relined Chimney with stainless steel. Performed repair to outside of chimney--repaired loose stone top of chimney and re-pointed upper chimney stack as required. Installed new custom made chimney cap.
