Although unable to find the root of my yellow jacket problem, the tech did some preventative spraying and within four days after, the problem seems alleviated--glad there is a one month warranty in case the bees return. The tech also did a thorough exterior inspection, where he found and eliminated a hornets nest from my eave. Very courteous, very friendly, and arrived quite a bit earlier than the expected time--usually a great thing!

I hired Green Pest Solutions for biting insect control (bee, yellow jackes, ...). They came and surveyed the situation, and explained to us why the service was not needed at this moment and didn't charge us. They provided free termite inspection. I definitely would use them again when needed next spring for insect control.
