I hired them for carpenter bees in my fence. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything. He sprayed thoroughly and I will watch to see if the bees are gone over the next two weeks. They will come back free for 60 days to finish the job if the bees are still around. Good service.

they are very reliable and available all the time when you call. they respond with solution right away and they send their guys to to fix the problem. some other company they ask you to leave voice message and get back to you the following day....but this company make me feel sure that I will get result. they have been once and back again twice ( with no charge after the first visit) after couple more days they have follow up visit and we should done if not they will come back again with no charge..

He was very nice- when he examined and listened to what I had to say- he didn't seem I had a big problem but he recommended a couple treatments if I felt like I needed it. He was here right on time.

The service provided was exceptional. I would use their pest and lawn services in the future and recommend them to family & friends

Professional customer service and tech was on time and did the job competently removing wasp nests and treating home for spiders. UPDATE: I only hired these guys to remove the wasp nests and that wasn't even done. I manage properties for a living and asked the guy verbatim if he removed the nest besides the window unit in the bedroom and in the kitchen exhaust fan and he said he did so I took him at his word. I had to remove them.

I asked for a termite inspection and was contacted immediately. No evidence of termites but signed on to have regular treatments for insects. Only one treatment so far so it is too soon to comment on results. This company is prompt and professional.
