Description of Work: they spray for mosquitos. I still had to use other preventive measures. I problably needed several applications to see results.

Description of Work: We contacted them to do a one time mosquito treatment, and they were very prompt and curteous in arranging a convenient time. We had tried another company previously for a similar treatment and saw no difference but after Green Lawn completed their treatment there was a noticeable reduction in the number of mosquitoes. We will definitely contact them in the spring to begin a series of treatments through the season.

Description of Work: I used an Angie's Deal to secure this company to spray my entire property for mosquitoes for my son's engagement party. The regular price was $69 but I only had to pay $29 through Angie's List. They sprayed all the shrubs in the perimeter of the house and carefully avoided the tomato plants on my patio. They even sprayed UNDER the patio table so as not to get spray on the table top but yet kill any lurking mosquitoes under it. There were no bugs at my party and i was very pleased. I would do it again especially if you are having a large group (Ihad 70 people)

Description of Work: I requested the mosquito spraying for the weekend 0f Aug.30. I indicated the dates; as 8-27,28,29 or 30. I never received a phone call to confirm the date from Green Lawn. I did receive a e-mail confirmation from Angie's List 8-27-14 but,I was never contacted by phone to confirm a date for service from the company. On 9-16-14 a Green Lawn truck came to spray, without calling me in advance. I told the driver, who did not ring my bell,that no one ever called me at all,and I no longer needed the service. I needed it two weeks ago.

Description of Work: The company did not contact me after purchase. I had to reach out. They were apologetic and made an appointment that was kept and completed on time. They sprayed my front and side yards for mosquitoes. We seem to be mosquito free. No bites.

Description of Work: A young man came out and sprayed my front lawn. It seemed to work since I could get out and weed and plant without the bugs.

Description of Work: Thwy were amazing. I requested dates and they were available on my first choice. They were very good at keeping in contact with me and letting me know what was going on. They performed the mosquito treatment and it was excellent. No mosquitos for about a month.

Description of Work: Green Lawn messaged me to setup an appointment for mosquito spraying. I provided them a number to call to setup. Two days later there was a sign in my lawn. I did not see them spraying and neither did my neighbors; however, the number of mosquitoes seems to be less. I have also not received a follow -up to see if we would like another spraying. Overall, I would say poor follow-up and customer service for this experience.

Description of Work: UPDATE: We received a prompt call from Green Lawn to address the concerns we'd shared below. The gentleman I spoke with shared that they normally have the opportunity to share with each customer that they will complete a call without the customer needing to be there. Since we had not received a call to confirm a service date, we did not have this conversation. We also discussed that having additional information in the advertisement that noted this practice would be best. I was pleased with their desire to make the situation right, and the follow up we received. **** We purchased the online Angie's List special for a spray to control mosquitoes. When I made the purchase, I added in dates that I may be available, and asked that they confirm which would be chosen. I heard nothing back, and called midway through my suggested dates. When I spoke with the receptionist, who was pleasant, she informed me that someone had already come to my house and performed the service that morning. My wife, who was home, had heard no knock on the door that day, and neither of us had received a phone call letting us know that someone was there to perform the service. I shared this feedback with their call center, and was told that this was standard practice.

Description of Work: They came out for a mosquito treatment. Have not had any mosquitos as of yet. They were very professional and eveything went smoothly. We are even using them for their lawn service now as they were less inexpensive than the current one we were using. I would recommend them.

Description of Work: I used them for mosquito control. The price was excellent but it was a special so I am aware if I request another treatment that it will be more costly. However, it appears that I still have no issue with mosquitos after 4 weeks so I am very pleased with that.

Description of Work: Company sprayed our yard for mosquitoes. Spray was very effective. It's been over four weeks and haven't see a single one. Last year we couldn't use the yard because of mosquitoes. The technician was prompt, professional and extremely thorough. Explained what he would do and what he was using. We will definitely use this provider again.
