The whole process was smooth and the services were performed as promised.

The serviceman was very thorough, He went over the bare areas repeatedly to make sure the aeration and seeding would produce grassy surfaces. I felt the price was fair.

The whole process was conducted in a very professional manner, from scheduling the appointment to completing the job. The gentleman who did the work took the time to explain what would be done and how, then he did the aeration and over seeding. He then explained what should be done with watering for the next 6 weeks. He was very knowledgeable and polite. No effort was made to sell me any additional services, which I really appreciated and keeps them at the top of my list for the next time I need professional lawn services. I highly recommend Green Lawn.

I called Green Lawn to find out more about the Angie offer of $75/4000 sq. ft. of lawn to aerate and overseed ( a great price) and they called up my address on Google earth, estimated the size of lawn to treat, said it was 7000 sq. ft. and that this would be an additional charge of only $45, for a total of $115. They said it would be about 2 weeks to schedule, reasonable, so I agreed. I did ask that they call ahead so I could see what was done, but someone misunderstood that, and one day I just saw this guy driving over my lawn on a “riding aerator” which punched 1/2” diameter plugs about every 6” all over the lawn. After that, he spread seed over the lawn, packed up and left. The whole process took about an hour. Ideally I should have been called 2 days before he came and told to mow the lawn prior to seeding, but after talking to someone at the office, turned out to be less of an issue in the cool weather of fall.

So far the yard looks fine. They came and did the job. They were thorough and everything seemed to have turned out well.

They guy who came was nice and knew what he was doing. He came and got the job done quickly and we will see how our yard looks in the spring.

They did a great job. They were very cooperative as the tech had a little problem with accessing a portion of our lawn with their equipment. They just did extra work in a separate part of the yard that was easier to access.

Didn't have to do anything. The said they would be there, they came and did exactly what they agreed upon.

It was easy to schedule the service. They showed up unexpectedly (without calling first), but they left a note about the service and the quality of our lawn. The results will be fully visible in a few months, but it looks like they did a good job.

When we spoke to them about scheduling the appointment they indicated it would be about two weeks before they came out and that they would call a few days prior. What actually happened was they showed up unannounced in a few days and performed the aeration and seeding. The problem was that we had lawn furniture,etc that had to me worked around and therefore it was not a compete aeration and seeding. It was our intention to move all things off of the lawn before the service but we never had the opportunity to do so. It's too bad as we really liked the price and would likely had used them again but customer service is important and this one experience showed they didn't do the little things necessary for a great customer experience.

The company was very prompt and on-time. Since the service was over-seeding, time will tell whether the over-seeding was effective.

They came when they said they would. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need.

cancelled once due to weather. rescheduled. no big deal. missed entire side of lawn. called company to let them as we also agreed to starter and winterizing fertilization and didnt want it to be missed again. said they will send out crew to seed side of lawn they missed and will note on account that the yard outside of fence is part of property. will update when they come to finish job.

So far not so good. I hope it gets better. I bought the airation and seeding and they did not call me to tell me when they were coming. I called yesterday to see what was happening. They said it was scheduled to perform service that day. Thursday Oct. 11,2012. I was happy and looking forward to getting home to see what was done. When i got home I saw nothing different. I called this morning and they told me that the technician was there and completed the airation and seeding. After talking to Christy to convince her that NOTHING was done... she called the tech who said he was there and mentioined a Moped in the back yard...I nor my neighbor have a Moped. He went to the wrong house. OK so he made a mistake..my address is posted in a very visable manner. Christy said the tech left an invoice and sign on the lawn...nothing on my lawn. Again OK a mistake was made......I was told that they can not get to me until later next week........that is when i really wasn't happy. Up until now i figured things happened that they can't go back and change but now they are in control. That is what seperates good service from bad service. The response should have been..."sorry sir we will be out today" that would have given me a good feeling. Now I will need to cut my lawn again and still they have alot to prove before I have them perform any other service or recomend them. The bottom line is Mistakes happen that is when the rubber meets the road in regard to service.

I have questions regarding how they estimate property measurements. I purchased a $75 deal and then they quoted me for $310.00 based upon information they indicate was found on satellite imagery. It is doubtful I would use them again.

When I contacted Green Lawn I signed up for fertilization and flea & tick control, as well as aeration and seeding. After their first visit, I reviewed the bill left and noticed that the grass was fertilized and the flea & tick control was not done. I contacted the sales rep, who is a very nice guy, and told him what happened. He informed me that the mistake was on their end (the flea & tick control was somehow deleted from my job). At the company's expense, the flea & tick control was applied within a few days. I recommended Green Lawn's services to a neighbor who signed with them. For some reason, Green Lawn did not show up when they were suppose to to treat the neighbor's grass, but did send them a bill. My neighbor cancelled their service. I was still willing to give them a shot until I received a call from them in early September in which I was told the grass would be aerated and seeded withiin a few days. I told the company rep that I scheduled the aeration and seeding for October because I knew that the temperature at night should be cool when this process is done. The company rep told me I was wrong; I called the sales rep and he told me I was right. After thinking the entire Green Lawn experience over, I decided it best to cancel completely.

The price was reasonable. The service was great. I haven't had any issues so far. The applications/treatments seem to be working. I will absolutely continue to use them.

Went very well. Other than having a private gardener, the service was excellent so far.Still have several more treatments to go this year. Expect all will continue to improve our lawn.
