Green Lawn Fertilizing

Horrible! Poor communication and customer service. They attempt to force service appointments on clients by not communicating their intentions either at all OR in a manner that lets a customer cancel or postpone a treatment if desired. When confronted, they get defensive and in my case outright lie. I would recommend you look elsewhere for service.

Very poor results and not meeting expectations. So far charged me over 500 dollars for treatment that has done absolutely no results. Crab grass is greener and healthier than ever. Applied grub treatment to lawn which had no grubs and charged me 126 dollars without asking if I needed such. I know my lawn and flora and Green Lawn is not making a difference at all. Cave at Canem. Seems that I get a lot of talk from tech to try to impress me but words are empty and technical understanding is definitely lacking ie ********.

I have used this company for 3 years and my lawn looks aweful. It has nothing to do with heat because it looks terrible year round. I have neighbors who do not have a lawn service and their lawn looks better than my lawn. Probably will change company in the near future.

Love Green Lawn. Made a mistake and hired another company and our lawn suffered. Green Lawn has brought it back and more quickly than expected. Our technician is very responsive.

They are very professional and efficient with the added bonus of very friendly and pleasant employees. The cost for the season is extremely reasonable.

The first day Monday April 8, service representative showed up unannounced and he was advised that he couldn’t perform service as my lawn was being raked to clean up Winter Debris. I asked when he would return and he said Wednesday. He didn't show up on Wednesday. I called office and they advised he would be at my home at 11am . Instead he showed up at 8:30 am. I wanted to meet the representative to walk my property and let him understand the property lines. There appears to be a communication disconnect between the office and a new Customer.

The level of service by Green Lawn Fertilizing was incredible! They took care of my lawn weeds, seeded last fall and take care of all my mosquitos. Great customer service and great service. I highly recommend them!

We paid for 7 service visits throughout the summer and fall. Each visit was announced in advance by e-mail, performed punctually, and explained by e-mail clearly. The lawn looked good all summer.

Aeration and seeding was performed very well at a reasonable price

There were dead lantern flies by the hundreds under my maple tree when they were done. They got there the same week I contacted them, and the price was very good for the services performed. They not only took care of the original tree I called about, but they checked all the trees in my yard for pests. I would definitely hire Green Lawn again.

It went great. He was very knowlegeable and friendly.

Mike Johnson was my representative that did the job. Mike was awesome! He did a fantastic job. Usually my son aerates the lawn and Mike did a job that was exactly what we wanted and needed. I hope Mike will always be our lawn guy! Great job Mike!!!

I started using Green Lawn Fertilizing this year. They have excellent customer service, their employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and my lawn has never looked better!

Service was excellent, technicians knowledge and his ownership on making my lawn The best lawn possible. Technician was able to identify areas that needed support. My lawn has never looked better. I have had a lot of company’s here and by far they have provided the best products and follow up.

Very well. A day after the application, I took a walk around and noticed all the weeds shrivelled and drooping.

I have done mosquitoes treatment plan in my backyard, and it was very good. there are far less mosquitoes than before, and if I see anything I just call and Green Lawn come to treat it again. now will be the 3rd year we will be doing this. I also purchased lawn fertilization plan (7 steps) last year and I think it was done good as well.

Generally fine. Weed control is fine except around edges of the lawn.

Went well and I could see the difference in my lawn.

The services they provide are the same as another service I used previously but Green Lawn is more professional and do not apply services that were not asked for. I would recommend them

I've been using these guys for years. They are reliable, get back to me quickly - and have helped me tackle a mosquito problem when I moved into a new home. Stand up service by a stand up team.

The company came in the fall and aerated and over seeded as well as a couple of yard spray treatments. This year they have already sprayed pre-emergent and given the lawn a feeding. Grass is coming back thicker and looking great. They always let us know when they are coming and provide the bill and an explanation of the work done during that visit.
