Received the first service a few days ago and was very pleased.

Used a service for the 1st time ever to address a failing lawn. Bought the full year long treatment and added aerating and seeding in the fall. So after almost $800 the lawn looks worse than ever. They told me we didnt have grubs which, a year later, have now decimated 75% of my lawn. Even without the grub issue, it was hard to see any fertilizer or seed on the ground after their applications and aeration was pitifully shallow and ineffective. The amount of fertilizer they applied was minimal and we got very little green up. Even after complaining at the year end all i got was an offer for a small discount this year.

I have nothing but issues with this company from day one. Scheduling issues as well as an ineffective product. Supposedly guaranteed satisfaction but that's if you can get people to respond. Repeatedly have issues with communication, empty promises, product hasn't worked, questions about the safety of product to wildlife and some questionable methods regarding how they sprayed around my children's toys. Even after all that I had them come out and James said he would reach out tonight to make it right. Well he never bothered calling. It's ridiculous, i am done.

Did not get results I expected. Weeds are thriving but the grass is burned out. Insect control is for the health of the grass roots not mosquitoes, ticks or fleas.

Excellent service- courteous, professional, reliable, competitive cost.
