Tim K. found what had been a persistent leak coming from a drainage pipe from a second floor bathroom. (My previous plumbers just kept blaming the toilet.) I told Tim that he could open up the wall, since it was not clear exactly where the pipe was damaged. He somehow guessed exactly the right spot to open the wall (where a towel bar had long ago pierced the pipe), and fixed the leak. So now I have only one small drywall hole to patch, and a problem which my previous plumbers had never really fixed, although they always charged me... Also when I asked my previous plumbers about checking the water pressure in my house, they just looked at me as if they had no idea what I was talking about. This was actually very easy. Great service and a very fair price!

It was great. He came out, did work for me, even came back, and followed up. I called him a couple of weeks ago and he came out with in a week. There were no extra charges. He was very nice, courteous, and clean and took away the old toilets. Which was nice, I was not expecting that. He was great. I would use him again.

The first visit was due to a big deal I purchased for 99.00 for 1 hr of plumbing. I had hoped to have powder room faucets replaced but as it turned out the sink was so old I couldn't get faucets for the sink. Tim cleared the spout for me so that the faucets now work fine. He then fixed a leak I had under my sink. He did his best to use what I had so I did not have to pay for any parts. I then requested that he come back and install a new toilet in my powder room. He gave me great advice on how to insulate my powder room to prevent future under floor pipes from breaking. He came back after I had the insulation installed and a new floor down and installed a new toilet. He did a very nice job and he is very easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tim and bob were great as usual. Water line brook 4th of july weekend and I called Tim. He came over within 2 hours and dug by hand in the heat Sunday morning.we realized the pipes were too old and decided to put in new water line. We had no water and no AC or bathrooms. Tim and bob worked till 9:30pm to get it done. Every other plumber said It would take days. We are sold on Golden Rule. They are awesome. HONEST! Hardworking guys. Don't get taken call Tim!!!

I made an appointment with Golden Rule to come over Monday morning. Mike called and asked if he could come over early. The leak was at a T-joint above the duct work of the furnace. I tied to use plumber epoxy and I made the problem harder to fix. Mike had to cut out the T-joint and install a new T-joint, but he had to relocate the T-joint because the Toll Brother's plumber contractor put the T-joint in a terrible location. Mike did an excellent job and tested the system for leaks. It took 1.5 hours. I was extremely pleased with the work and the solution to my problem. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We had multiple plumbing issues occur at the same time. Tim did an excellent job in repairing all our problems and took the time to explain the process as he went along. We are very pleased with the level of service we received and will certainly call Golden Rule if or when we need a plumber again.

Golden Rule was found through Angie's List and the purchase of one of the plumbing specials.We are new to the area and the offer was through a plumber which covered our location. we could not be happier with our selection and grateful for our good fortune in finding a Company we will rely on for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

I purchased the big deal of the day. Tim Lasco showed up on time, was very professional. Unable to address water pressure in shower (low pressure faucets) but did address the toilet (tho I ended up having to replace the toilet by my original contractor) but did look over my home water system and walked me through changing out a UV light which I was able to do without a problem thanks to his directions.

Tim Lasko was very courtesy and provided accurate estimate. As Asian culture, we don't wear shoe in the house, Tim took off his shoes and work in our house even though I told him it was okay to wear shoes because he had to go to our unfinished basement. He gave the estimate cost and explain me what his plan how he would put whole house filtration system and water softener. He is every good listen and take my concerns into his consideration. I went with his water softener (Lancaster Pump - X factor LX100 ) and my preferred choice of whole filtration system. This is only plumbers I have contacted that allows me to pick my own filtration system with a small charge of installation rather than try to sell me another product. On the installation day, the teams (Mike and the other Tim) came to install both appliances. They came on time and go thru all the plans. After they finished, they showed me how to operate appliances and the bypass system. I noticed that they already cleaned the working area. Tim came to check the work right away once I inform him about water drip from one bypass valve which had no sign on the installation day. Water drip was not bad at all. Just a tiny drop from the handle of the valve, but I didn't expect him to come to my house that quick at 5 pm which accommodated my working schedule. He came to tight it up and surprisingly wipe my unfinished basement floor. I told him not to since it is unfinished, but he insisted to help water dry faster. His character really showed me how he is considerable to his work and my house. He went above and beyond what I expected. I am definitely proud to recommend him and this company.

They were very professional, on time but the toilet problem still exists. I would still recommend them, they just diagnosed the problem wrong.

We had a toilet that was not draining and the standard home remedies were not sufficient to clear it. We called several plumbers, and Golden Rule could come out the soonest. They were very prompt and professional. He tried to clear the drain from the outside first, but could not so he had to remove the toilet and run the snake from inside the house. He was very careful to lay down towels and drop cloths as to not make a mess. Drain was cleared and everything was put back just as he had found it. Would definitely use them again.

Every drain in my house was comming out of was wash basin in my basement. I called bright and early at 7 AM and left a message. I was contacted before 7:30 and the work was completed by 9 AM. Tim K. was very possitive and proffessional. He was patiant and answered all my questions. I would highly reccomend them and will not hesitate to use them again.

We found a leak in our basement coming from the toilet, then called to have someone come over and look. While they couldn't fit us in that day, they came over first thing in the morning the next day & made plans to do the work. Tim replaced the seal under the toilet, and fixed the problem quickly. They were very responsive, and the work was done well, and for a price that we expected.We will call again when needing plumbing work!

When I phoned Tim to discuss my requirements, he was very courteous and he gave me an estimated time and cost of the service. I was able to use the coupon they are currently offering to offset some of the cost. He arrive as scheduled and quickly finished the work. We also asked him to check out my basement drainage system and he explained how it was working and gave me a very reasonalbe quote if I decide to install a sump pump. I really appreciated the efficiency and professionalism and would definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

The work was top notch. We had had a similar project done in another bathroom and it was also done quite well though the plumber was not local; otherwise, we would have used him again. However, Mike from Golden Rule Plumbing had all of the materials available and was done in far less time than our previous experience so as far as timing and overall experience go, this was much better. In addition, I don't have to clean up! When I went upstairs to see what needed to be done to get things back in order, I found that everything was cleaned up! There was no vacuuming necessary of the drywall - the cloths Mike used took care of that - and he had placed everything that was no longer needed back into the box that came with the new faucet and left the registration and my receipt available for warranty completion. So easy! In addition, though not expected, Mike had replaced the bath rug where it needed to go (I had rolled it up and left it elsewhere, figuring I would take care of it later) so someone could literally walk right in there and shower right away with no realization that plumbing work had been done that day. Very nice.

I would highly recommend Golden Rule to anyone who is looking for a plumber. They are responsive, professional and excellent at their craft. They truly take pride in their work as they took every effort to ensure the dishwasher was installed perfectly. They quoted me a fixed price for the installation, which was very reasonable and honored the price even though the installation was more time consuming than they had anticipated. They have now become my plumber of choice.

Golden Rule responded immediately and scheduled for early the next morning-even during a busy week, the week before Christmas. The work was completed well, and priced reasonably. We would definitely use Golden Rule again!

I called Tim because I was looking into getting a whole house water softener and RO system under my sink. Met with Tim and he took a water sample and got back to me within a week what we needed. Tim's guys came out and worked all day. They were very friendly and worked hard to get the job done. They even came back the following week to check on a leak we thought we had from the RO system. Pleased with their work and willingness to resolve any issues that came up. Would definitely use again.

The guys from Golden Rule Plumbing picked up a new gas water heater, removed the old water heater and installed the new gas water heater. They responded quickly, were on time, were clean and neat; cleaned up the work area and hauled away all the old stuff. They were great. Refreshing! I will use them again and will recommend them to my neighbors.

We called Golden Rule in the morning and were given an appointment for the same day, even working around some time problems on our part. Tim arrived and fixed our disposal quickly, then moved on to the toilet. Everything was handled neatly, efficiently & at a reasonable rate. We also received advice on future plumbing plans. We were very pleased and will definitely contact them again.

Tim came out only a few days after my initial call, to do the estimate, and size up the scope of the project. We were very comfortable with his approach and competence to handle the job, and he was willing to work with our plan to re-wallpaper, and lay down a new finished floor in between him doing the plumbing. This also occurred during the very busy Thanksgiving holiday week. He and his crew were very prompt every time they came out, and the job was done according to our agreement, and in a very neat and orderly fashion. We will certainly use Golden Rule Plumbing for our next project, and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

This is the second time I have used Tim- and he will be the only plumber I use from now on. He is dependable and honest. He fixed a bathroom that another plumber was going to charge me $800 for. He states a price and sticks with it. He also gives suggestions on where you can save AAAAAAA++++++++++++
