Work in conjunction with Andrew's Lawn and Landscaping. Created a beautiful lawn even though we were not the most cooperative of clients in terms of watering, etc. I would highly recommend them!

They refused fix the bare spots on my lawn with seeding. They only offered to to fix the problem to aerate the lawn for $300. Then I held back the final payment until the problem was rectified and instead of coming to a compromise, they sent me to collections.

Perfect. I have used this company for three years. I struggled with a lawn that was patchy and wouldn't grow for years, feeding it myself and overseeding myself. I tried Go Green and by the end of the first year I had a lush, green lawn with no bare patches. I continue to use them, and my lawn continues to thrive.

Justin was very friendly and answered my questions. I was not on my property when service was provided (due to confusion in arrival times) but he came back and answered my questions. Very happy with service.

The lawn treatments were not effective. The appearance of the lawn did not improve after their work.

The company is incredibly responsive - they return calls and emails promptly, and the service is thorough and professional. I love working with them and glad to have found them on Angie's List.

I've only spoken with them on the phone at this point, but they've been very professional and transparent during our discussions. They've also been kind enough to extend the expiration date of the deal since I don’t need the service until this spring.

I know nothing about lawns ... and it shows. I contacted Go Green for aeration services due to their coupon offer. Derek Madden, Account Executive, at Go Green called me and stated that it is getting too cold, here, for the process to work, so it would be a waste of money, and that I should request a refund. He spoke to me about all of their services, and it is highly likely that I will contact him for work in the early spring. He was very cordial, and cared enough to forgo my business at this time, and give some good advice, likely in hopes that I will call upon him later.

excellent job at first, but for a period of time weed wacking areas were neglected and lawn was worn down from running mower very fast over banked areas leaving muddy stretches. A different worker for Andrew's has been cutting our grass for the last 2 months and is taking care to weed wack areas previously neglected, and the worn down areas on the banks are improving. Overall I am very pleased with the service and price, and am especially pleased with the current worker.

This was the best organic treatment I have ever had with dramatic results within two to three weeks. The technician was Christopher Stoudt who was incredibly knowledgeable and discussed the treatment in detail via a phone call later. I had requested the same person visit our property when setting up the service originally with Derek, their Sales Manager. They called last week during all of the rain and left a message they were coming out but another technician Joe was going to perform the service. I had asked them to re-schedule me with Chris as originally requested later in the week. Liz said she would but I never heard back from her. Go Green does a great job in the work performed (excellent results) but their Customer Service is really lacking. First, no one followed up with me as a new customer to see if I was happy with the service which was very surprising. Secondly, I was not notified of the change in technicians after stressing during the initial set up I wanted the same person every time. Lastly, I was not called back yet for my re-schedule. Their customer service skills really affected their overall rating but at this point I will use them again because the results are very good. However, in the future if the issues continue then I will look for another organic company.

Excellent work! Conscientious, responsible, dependable. Go Green pays attention to details and really cares about what they do. They are knowledgeable about landscaping and know how to attack problems. Our lawn is looking better than ever!

I lived on a farm growing up and am an engineer now. I understand the concept of organic traetments and and i agree with it. I used a commercial lawn service before and they used chemicals that did a good job. The problem, I couldn't get the support I needed to handle all the plantings and the lawn. Changed to Go Green and get the support and guidance I wanted and actually see a performance improvement.

Company is very personable and easy to work with...The employees that do the work at our home have always been very professional...and nice...

They did ~8 lawn treatments for fertilization, weed control, and lawn aeration/overseeding. The weed control and fertilization were effective, but the aeration/reseeding was completely ineffective on my lawn. |I specifically asked at the beginning of the program to be informed of the time of the appointment so I could talk to the operator about my lawn and its needs. Was called once sometime in July when I was out of town. I also called and asked to be informed in advance when the aeration would occur so I could prep the lawn. Never got a call. The aeration was ineffective because 1) the the lawn wasn't watered beforehand to soften the soil, 2) they only made one pass with the aerator (far too little for the compacted areas) and 3) the instructions for follow-up watering necessary to get the seed to germinate were left in a bag on my front porch that I never saw rather than emailed or mailed.

Contacted GoGreen to help revitalize my lawn. They came out two separate times so far, once to fertilize and once for aeration and overseeding. My grass was in awfully bad shape and still needs work (they estimated continued service for about another year) but even after one service the grass looks much, much better. They provide a pretty unique product that essentially "lives" in the soil under your grass and creates it's own ecosystem and continues to work for you all year round, not just for several weeks after fertilization. All in all, very happy with the service so far and plan continue service this coming year.

Seasonal weed prevention and control, fertilizing.

Wonderful. They have been consistently good. They did miss a large part of our lawn when seeding/aerating, but to be fair, a) our yard is a strange shape/partially wooded (so boundary not completed obvious) b) they returned to complete the work at our request.

There were four applications over the growing season. It killed many of the weeds in the lawn, leaving large bare spots. Many weeds were not affected. Came back in the fall under a separate contract and aerated and seeded the entire lawn. Seed grew where aeration plugs were taken. Have to wait until next Spring to see if new grass spreads across bare spots. For a service of this scope, I was surprised that I never received a follow up call at the end of the year inquiring as to my satisfaction. Particularly since they rely on repeat customers.
