Their estimator, Jeremy, was great to work with as he educated us on the multiple options which would suit our purpose and do so in a most cost effective way. He worked through many iterations of the proposal and got our fence installed much faster than promised and expected which was greatly appreciated.

Everything went great when they started and the fence was installed within a few days and I was very pleased with the results. They did exactly what I asked and the crew was great!

It did not got well from the start. They told me they could not put the fence in one location because of the length of the pieces (when they were there to install it), but I found out later that was not true they could have put it exactly where I wanted it. The double gate was installed backwards and one of the latches on another gate still does not work. Their follow up and resolution of issues was slow and required me to call back numerous times. I would not recommend them.

The job looks beautiful, especially with the high quality materials they used.

Fenceworks did a wonderful job, they were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality fence!

After calling around to a few places, we decided to go with Fenceworks and we are so glad that we did!! From the office staff to the estimator to the installer's, they were all professional and extremely pleasant to work with!! We have a large property with a few "obstacles" to work around and they did a great job explaining what would work best for us. We also had a tight timeline to work around and they accommodated us. The fence looks great and the dogs are happy as can be now!! :-)

Although this company came up through Angie's List zip code search and the company's website mentions Pennsylvania as their service area, they do not service Philadelphia.

When I first called to make the appointment, I was told that one of their estimators was just in an accident, and I can't remember what Fenceworks said about the other estimator, but I was told there may be some delay getting an appointment, but they would have the estimator call me. About 4 business days later I called Steve Finelli, the owner of the company, to see if I could get something on the calendar. Steve was very helpful and had Jason call me to schedule a day. The appointment was scheduled with Jim for today at 9:00. At 9:30 I called Jason to get the ETA for Jim's arrival, and he said, and quot;Didn't anyone call you?and quot; I said, and quot;no.and quot; Jason told me that Jim's honeymoon had be unexpectedly extended and he wasn't available today. He was pleasant about it, and apologized, and said this wasn't the kind of business FenceWorks does (but it is the business they are doing, right?!). He asked when we could reschedule, so I had to tell him that I wasn't interested in rescheduling. I took today off from work to get this done, and I'm not going to invest another day in a company who has demonstrated a very poor and inconsistent approach to customer service. It's a shame because they have the fence product we need. Maybe it's a small business, and I like supporting small businesses, but when did they learn that Jim wouldn't be in the office today to keep his appointments? How many other people did Jim have appointments with. Totally disappointed.

They are wonderful. I was just so pleased. I was out of town when they did the work. They absolutely got it right. It is an absolute wonderful product. I was very pleased.

After much delay I am revising my review of this company. I had given Fenceworks the opportunity (in the early fall of 2012) to make right the unprofessionalism of a let-go employee, but got another bad result. A representative came out to review my project and was supposed to get fence samples within a week, but I didn't hear or see a thing. Since I had already had a bad experience with them I was not going to chase them or follow up. They should have done that. A month later I got a call that they were going to come back out with my samples. Something is totally off here or they must have forgotten about my job to give me a call a month later. I know it was not me or the scope of the project, because I actually had the fence installed by another company who were wonderful. After previously giving Fenceworks a bad review because of an unprofessional salesperson whom they have let go, I am updating my review to reflect the company is taking prompt measures to correct the problem. Hopefully, i can give a further review of the company if services are performed. and quot;old review- I am giving Fenceworks a poor review based on the unprofessionalism of a sales rep for the company. I had met with him on several occassions to go over the estimate for a patio enclosure that involved a bit of unusual angles, etc. We had discussions on lowering their estimate a bit based on the fact that they were much higher than several others, but I was not pushy about it. With that said, I had planned on working with them based on the fact that they seemed to know what they were doing, the rep was having a fabricator work on special pieces and the good reputation from online reviews. However, after expressing my desire to work with the company I tried on several occassions to get in touch with the representative to schedule the work (and other extensive property fencing) and was ignored. I never recieved a call back to even tell me they were not taking the job. That behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have since put the word out to friends to not use this company for fencing based on the poor quality of service.and quot;

We have been really very happy with them .We have used others before and it was a bad experience.We saw their advertising, gave them a call and they done a fantastic job. They were very responsive, very good quality and the price was very competitive. It wasn't the best price out there but sometimes you get what you pay for. We were very,very pleased and would like to send a shout out for these folks fr anyone who might be looking for fencing. They are good people, timely, and professional. They don't mess around. They come in, they do a good job and they clean up. It's the kind of job you don't see much anymore.

They did excellent work. They were very professional, punctual, they made sure I was pleased with the job and showed me different areas where they did repairs.
