Description of Work: I pay about $48/month for their maintenance contract, so I never have to pay anything when they come out - either during their quarterly maintenance visits or anything in between. The technician was diligent in trying to find the points of entry for the mice I had and gave me suggestions for how to close them up. Very punctual and clean and neat.

Description of Work: Set up a ppointment for july 3, 2012. cancelled my other appointments so i would be here for the appointment.received a call around 11 a.m. from the guy who was suppose to come out informing us we was sick and couldn't make it till Thursday. that was not good for me.I called the company to see if anyone was available to come out and was told no !The day before a holiday and i think this guy wanted a extra day 0ff. Found another company very willing to come out,good price, problem solved !!!!!!

+ -1 moreI thought that the guy did a great job. All he did was spray the nest with something and went and removed the nest. The bees have never been back. I think that the price was worth it.

+ -1 moreThe company rep was quick to visit, but unfortunately the problem lingered for a few weeks. The company did come back 3 times, and attempted to eradicate the insects which, we were told, were attracted to moisture. When we took care of the moisture, the millipedes disappeared.
Description of Work: Ehrlich responded to an infestation of millipedes in our basement.

+ -1 moreTHE REPRESENTATIVE WAS PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE CAME 3 SEPARATE TIMES, AND WILL RETURN AT NO CHARGE IF I SEE EVIDENCE OF REMAINING ANTS, BEES OR VOLES. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME MAKING SURE HE COVERED THE ENTIRE HOUSE AND PROPERTY.
