Earthborne is a smaller company, but with that comes higher quality that I noticed in the work especially in the aeration service last year. Bigger companies come in fast and don't have as much pride in their work and it shows. Right now we're dealing with a crabgrass/Bermuda grass issue that has a significant root system. Earthborne has been responsive and I'm sure this will be resolved in the coming year. I would like to see them answer these questions in writing as it would give us better understanding and peace of mind. It's very important to us to find the balance of something that works without being toxic to the family and environment. Please list the products you use how you determine toxicity levels in these products for children, pets, wildlife, etc? What products do you consider acceptable? Do you test/monitor for pests? What process do you follow to attempt to determine the cause of a pest problem? Do you perform yearly soil tests? What are the results of these and how does that apply to your future program?
