Paul was the ONLY contractor to submit a written estimate which I really appreciated. In the course of the remediation he went above and beyond the original scope for...and I quote him, esthetic reasons. The site was left in immaculate condition every day. The crew worked very hard-no loafing on this job. They also caulked everything in sight! Paul is very personable and works just as hard as his crew. He also sent me a written report of the work done with pictures. He clearly has a great work ethic, as has his crew. Very professional job.

Excellent contractor! Paul provided a fair estimate and our final cost was just as quoted upfront. His crew did an excellent job on our external stucco repair. We were so impressed with his work that we hired them to do additional internal stonework in our basement. I have already recommended Dunvegan to several friends. Had major flashing/stucco issues due to driving rains. Roofing, Stucco and ins companies all out to diagnose problem. Dunvegan (Paul) was the ONLY person to properly diagnose the issue and provide evidence before starting work...I could've spent similar money but wouldn't have fixed issue. Separately, he diagnosed the problem, provided formal written estimate within 24 hrs and started work a week later. He is experienced in both roofing and stucco issues (you often can't get roofing co's to do stucco & vice versa...only expensive inexperienced GC's). Workers kept area clean, stucco matched old (~95%). I would highly recommend.

Paul did a great job matching the color and texture of our existing stucco. The project was delayed slightly due to weather, but in the end, everything was completed and done well.
