The work was good but I had to pay extra to get what I thought we already paid for.

It was horrible. I would never use them again. They were only able to get the face of the appliances, they didn't clean inside the appliances. There were no additional charges, they just took my money. They know they did a bad job, they sent me an email saying they could do some additional hours so they could get the inside of the appliances. They didn't do a good job with the face of the appliances. It was an alarming experience. They didn't do anything for the price. They only had a rag and cleaning stuff that anybody has over the counters. There were 2 of them, and with an hour each, they only got the face of the appliances, they didn't even try to get into them. The punctuality was the only good thing, they were on time.

they came to my house , man and woman and one worked on outside windows and one worked on the inside. very meticulous and very pleasant. They also cleaned window ceils also. Would definitely have them come again.

They did a really good job for awhile and then I don't know what happened but the last job I wasn't really satisfied with. They were really reasonably priced and he did really good job. We managed a lot of rentals and we used them for quite a few. The last couple of jobs were poor. They get busy and then they hire people who don't do as good job as they would. Their prices are not out of the line; they are very affordable. We've used them dozens of times. They pretty much did what they said they will do until the end. They were prompt and they finished when they said they would be finished and they did a good job for a long time.

The DreamClean team came today, right on time. The owner arrived first and walked around the house. He stuck to the quote he gave me over Angie's List (he said that I did give him lots of details). The $100.00 was the weekend rate, during weekdays it will be lower. We talked about my concerns about cleaning and he shared how he cleans, the products he recommends (he supplies everything he uses) and how he will care for some of our older furniture. His business partner arrived a bit later. They did a good job cleaning. We hope to have them come every other week.

Both were very dirty after previous tenants left but DreamClean left them sparkling.

First cleaning was good second and third were shoddy and incomplete, and I complained. After last weekly cleaning, we agreed that I would contact upon return from vacation to schedule another cleaning service. Owner didn't return my phone call.

This was a wonderful experience. I have had another company do this for me in the past. It was a terrible experience, so I was reluctant to do this again. The individuals who came this time were courteous, thorough, and did a wonderful job! It is great to look through the windows and not have streaks -- they are so clean! They also power washed my screens. They were punctual, efficient and worked wonders on my windows and screens inside and outside! Thank you, thank you!

I live on 2 acres of wooded property in a home with a lot of windows and glass The back of the house has 4 large sliding glass doors (8 glass panels altogether) and the outside glass quickly becomes covered with cobwebs etc. from all the spiders and insects that make their home here. When I called DreamClean I was given an appointment within a week. They were about 15 minutes late but called to let me know they were running a little behind. A team of 3 people showed up, did an outstanding job of cleaning the windows and screens in a short period of time (aproximately 2 hours). They were friendly and professional and spent the entire time performing the work at hand. When they left, the house was sparkling and bright and all the cobwebs had been removed from around the windows and sliding glass doors. This is the second time I have used this service and have been highly impressed with their work and their rates. They are truly worth every minute and every dime you give them!

In 1993 I bought a home in 3 acres if wooded property which was 15 years old. The windows had never been professionally cleaned that I know of . The back of the home has six floor to ceiling window that look out on the woods and a medium sized pond. The outside of the home is residence to numerous insects, especially spiders and has riddled with spider webs, new and old. The screens had begun to take on a dingy look and the windows were dirty and water stained as I had only cleaned certain ones a few times. A team of three people showed up at my home, cleaned all the window until they sparkled like diamonds and attempted to get the screens looking new by taking them off the windows and giving them a good scrubbing. The effect was a much cleaner, less dingy screen which were beyond looking new. The "team" did an excellent job. They only took a few hours, were friendly and professional, and were willing to accommodate any request I had.
