Description of Work: Steve spent about two hours cleaning nineteen windows in my home. He was punctual and professional. He cleaned the windows and sills in an orderly fashion.

Description of Work: I contracted them to clean windows through Angies' List. Steve Pasquan (co-owner) and Chastity did a GREAT job. They cleaned windows inside and out and cleaned the sills and frame. I had more windows than the 15 windows for $99 deal and I feel they gave me a fair price of $90 additional which included picture and bay windows and other larger windows and doors. They were scheduled to come out a few weeks ago and Steve and Chastity were in a car accident the afternoon before and the other co-owner, Robert, called me early the following morning to let me know they would have to reschedule which Steve did in a couple of weeks. Fortunately they were not seriously injured. Steve also said that it being a cloudy day, if I saw any places they missed when the sun was out to call him and he could stop back. Haven't seen any places they missed. Overall, GREAT job and have already recommended them to some friends.

The worker was fairly condescending and only explained that he knew what he was doing, since he had done this for several years. They also advertise cleaning the sills; however, this was not done.

Description of Work: They were very prompt and professional. In addition to the windows, I also had them powerwash my house. I was disappointed, however, that I paid $99 for the windows thru Angie's List and about two weeks later, they were advertising on Angie's List at $79 for the same service.

Description of Work: Arrived pre-1100 for a 12 noon appt. Business owner talked so fast it was hard to understand him. Shined up outside of kitchen cabinets & bookshelves but the guy w/him- Put cleaning rags & strong-smelling cleaning liquid on the sink counter right next to where I prepare food & I moved them to another surface. Then he put the used, dirty cleaning rags right back on the sink counter next to clean dishes. Boss sent him to the side room to combine piles of boxes & vacuum in a room w/steps to the attic, which didn't leave much floorspace & he vacuumed only the few feet of floorspace until I came over, 15 min. after he was sent to that room, & I folded up the steps & moved them out of his way. Didn't even vacuum the floor corner. Except for stacking boxes in that side room, the room looked like it hadn't been touched. Boss sent him to clean bathroom, & I have no idea what he did in there. I gave him carpet squares for the floor & he just put them down w/any effort to make them fit; then put the bathroom rugs over them so I didn't see the sloppy job until after they left. Also, I would like to know why the boss had to open my bathroom medicine cabinet to see what was in there. I don't think he even knows I saw him do that. I didn't have 2 workers for 3 hrs., as per contract. Boss told me their vacuum broke & asked to use mine, which I gave him. I suspect they didn't want to put too much dirt into theirs & even w/using mine, the carpeted rugs didn't look like anyone went back & forth over them. More like 1 quick pass-over in spots. When he said their vacuum separated at the base, I looked at it & it was still intact. Then just as they were leaving, he called me over to see it & it was then separated where he said 2 hrs. before. The other cleaning co. I had the week before was great in every way. This one was lazy & irresponsible.

Description of Work: Power washed and cleaned approx 30 Windows. Men showed up on time and explained what they would do. Work was finished and they did an excellent job. If you hire theses guys they are no non sense hard workers who clean like its there own house. I don't give out 4 stars easily but these guys exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: Cleaned inside and out 28 windows, large palladium window, doorwall and sky lights. Wonderful team, responsive, did great work. Windows hadn't been properly cleaned in years. They made everything shine. The price for the amount of work they did was amazing for the price. We highly recommend them and will use them again. Great aspect that they donate 10% of their profits to a local charity. Work and mission outstanding.
