Garth got out stains that our other cleaning company couldn't/didn't. Carpets all look beautiful. No smell/residual odor. He is trustworthy and knows how to clean carpets properly. Would definitely use him again.

Garth did an impeccable job. He prepared me for the fact that they might not look so great, but he would work really hard to remove the stains and any odors. Garth Borel did a fabulous job on my carpets and sofa. He was quick to return my phone call, on time, and worked very hard while he was in my home. I was very pleased with the cleaning job he did on my carpets, area rugs, and sofas. He also made a follow-up call the following day to see if there were any problems (which there weren't!).

Very Well. We are fully satisfied with the work. I would recommend Clean Concepts. We had 2 carpets, 2 love seats, 1 chair and an ottoman cleaned. One of the carpets was removed for cleaning, the other was cleaned in the house.

Great!! Garth did a really good job. This is the second time we used him. Garth is the owner/operator of Clean Concepts. Our carpets are 10 years old and looked so good when he finished. Garth was prompt and professional. He provided an estimate up front and was right on target. He's very thorough and has you check his work before he leaves. Great job, very reasonably priced. One of the things we especially like is that he steam cleans so the carpets are not soaking wet like we've experienced with other carpet cleaning services. We are repeat customers and plan to remain so.

As before, Garth did an excellent job - he was prompt, on time, and the work was done very well. He cleaned the couches and area rugs within a short time, and then took the blinds off-site to clean them. He removed them all and then re-installed them when he returned. As usual, Garth provided a pre-visit call to confirm and then scheduled re-installation of the blinds. He was on-time, and the work was done in a professional manner. We will definitely keep Garth in mind for future cleaning, and will recommend him to our friends.

Based on the numerous "A" reviews, we chose Clean Concepts and have been very happy with the results. Garth was very prompt in his response to my inquiry on Angie's List - we set a date for the work and he confirmed the day before. Garth was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. My 12 year old carpet was in very bad condition, but after undergoing the Clean Concepts eco-friendly, deep-cleaning process, they almost look brand new. This was my first time using Clean Concepts. I must say I was very impressed with the service I received. Let me start by saying Garth is a great guy that takes pride in what he does. He goes over and beyond to make his customers happy. I called to schedule any appointment with Garth and left a message and within a few hours received a call back and scheduled my appointment. Garth showed up on time and was very friendly, professional and very reasonable. He took his time and was not in a rush to get in and out like other big companies. Garth called promptly after we left a message on his machine. We were concerned that mold might have been growing as the leak happened while we were on vacation, so a quick appointment was very helpful. Garth was able to give us an appointment within a day and a half, and called to juggle the time of the appointment which was only 2 hours later than originally scheduled, (but actually showed up earlier than that rescheduled time.) He checked the moisture in the finished side of the basement and his instrument found none, to our relief. He cleaned both the indoor-outdoor side and the couch cushions beautifully and deodorized the pet stain areas. The carpet was dry within 2 days and the cushions later that afternoon of cleaning. He did a great job and we would definitely use him again and recommend him to others..

Carpets look much cleaner, especially in traffic areas, pet spots, etc. Garth worked industriously and cleaned areas other companies had not. Carpet dried nicely. He was very careful to avoid damaging other surfaces in the home. He arrived promptly and began work right away.
