He was very thorough in everything he did and you can tell he takes pride in his work. My carpet looks brand new again and I’m satisfied knowing my couches got a deep cleaning. After using a few other carpet cleaning services, with poor results, a neighbor recommended we call Clean Concepts. Now Clean Concepts is the only carpet cleaning company we use. Garth is professional and he takes great pride in his work. He is meticulous and treats our home as if it were his own. Garth has worked us into his schedule, on several occasions, to take care of emergency cleaning needs and when water damaged the carpet in our finished basement. We are always pleased with the job done by Clean Concepts.

Garth (owner of Clean Concepts) does a great job. This is the 3rd or 4th time we've used him. We like that he's the owner/operator and therefore it's important to him to have the job done well. He always follows up a few days later to make sure we're satisfied and everything is OK. His pricing is very fair and the carpets dry quickly unlike services we've used before Clean Concepts where the carpets were soaked. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience working with Garth. He was able to fit me in immediately and picked up the carpet and took it for intense cleaning (needed multiple cleanings to get rid of the smell). The carpet was returned within 4 weeks and the smell is gone. You get what you pay for. I had other carpet cleaning companies offer to clean the carpet in my house for $100-200. The carpet was taken off site for intense cleaning and was worth every penny. Wonderful service!

I've had a few carpet cleaners in my house over the years (ChemDry, FiberClean) and Garth at Clean Concepts does the best work. He is competitive with pricing, punctual, polite, and very responsive. It went great. I called Garth and asked to have the 3 rooms cleaned and he was able to schedule me for the next day. He was here at exactly the time he said and we talked about the areas and the spots that needed extra care. Garth was quick, efficient, and the job looks great. The spots that required special treatment are as nice and clean as the rest of the carpet.
