Business owner Garth Borel was courteous, professional and did a first class job. He was also able to get some tough stains out of the carpet for us that another service could not remove. He was quick but thorough, and we would definitely use him again. He came highly recommended from our neighbors and we now understand why. His price was comparable to the other services we had used. Excellent service! Appointment time was right on time. Professional and courteous in workmanship. Have used Garth twice before for cleaning couches and loveseats and had him back for the whole basement rug. Very happy with results and always follows up to make sure you are satisfied.

Fantastic! Garth and Clean Concepts always do a great job for me. They are efficient and professional and very reasonably priced- no stains are too tough either- we have pets and he is always able to get those pesky accidents cleaned up as if they never happened!

Garth did a fantastic job on the carpets. I kept expecting him to walk away and say, "Never mind. I am not a miracle worker". But he didnt and I'm sure glad! It went perfectly! He was prompt, friendly, helpful, courteous, hardworking, and reasonably priced. He does all his own work with no mess involved. We removed lamps, trinkets, and small items on the floor. It was no where near the project that I had dreaded. The carpets look so much better!! Garth Borel promptly returned my inquiry call and made it easy to set up an appointment. He arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job! As a result of his careful and thorough cleaning, our wall to wall carpeted areas look great as do our three Karastan Area rugs. In addition I was both pleased and impressed that he was able to remove a stubborn ink stain from our upholstered chair. The icing on the cake is the thorough clean up Mr Borel did before leaving. We are very very pleased with the service provided by Mr Borel and will definitely seek his service when carpet cleaning time comes around again.
