Carpet that is more than 20 years old is stain free and beautiful again. Our family has used Garth for close to 20 years. His work is always impeccable, fairly priced, and Garth is as kind and talented a professional as you could possibly find. He is very knowledgeable. We recently had a flood in our finished, carpeted basement and he came to the rescue, within 2 hours clearing the excess water and getting industrial drying fans going. We thought the carpet would be ruined, but Garth saved it! He provides many services, such as removing area rugs, cleaning and returning, and cleaning blinds, as well.

Garth was excellent. He was courteous, professional, timely, and did great work. He explained why some spots or marks would not come up and how to maintain the carpeting. He was friendly and flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

I have used Clean Concepts for the past few years with great results and yesterday was no different. Mr. Borel is completely professional, arrives on time, moves what needs to be moved, and gets great results. Our upstairs carpet is not new, and his work keeps it looking better for longer! He has even come on short notice twice when we have had "big accidents" that needed to be addressed right away. There are cheaper carpet cleaners out there, but the quality of his work/results are well-worth it to me! K. Palmer

Garth was able to get the mascara stain completely out of the carpet. I then had him clean the entire carpet in the bedroom and it looked like new! Also, he was able to remove the pet stain from the rug. Garth took the rug with him and returned it a few days later. He had previously cleaned all of my carpets and put stain guard on them so I think that was the key to being able to get the stains out. Garth has been cleaning my carpets for nearly 15 years. He was recommended to me when I first moved into my home and since then, I have also recommended him to many of my friends and neighbors. He is very friendly and I trust him implicitly. He does a wonderful, professional job. Garth is very responsive when calling to set up an appointment. He also follows up after each cleaning with a phone call a day or so later to make sure that everything was done satisfactorily. I would highly recommend Garth and I never hesitate to call him when I have a routine cleaning or an emergency stain situation.

The previous owners of my new home had cats and I am allergic. My Realtor recommended Garth for a thorough carpet cleaning. He came by right after my settlement and got to work! I was even able to leave him there while I ran an errand. He was completely professional and trustworthy! While doing the carpets, he mentioned that he could also have my blinds cleaned, since they were dirty from the cats and hard to clean. He took them down, cleaned them and came back a few days later to put them back up. Great service, friendly guy! I'd recommend him to anyone and I'd use him again for sure. In fact, I just did recommend him to a friend of mine!

This was a good retail experience and I would recommend Garth to anyone.

Garth is very friendly and competent. I have pets a small children, so my carpets are a mess, but he did a very thorough job and did spot treatments where necessary. He even called me back a few days after the cleaning to make sure that everything was ok and that I hadn't noticed any problems in the interim. The price seems high compared to other service providers, but for me it is worth it because of his skill and professionalism. I have had a cheap chain service come out to clean our carpets, and the providers had sour attitudes, continuously hounded me to try to upsell their services, and did a poor job. It is worth it to me to pay a little extra to get the job done right the first time.

Garth is very punctual and professional. He is easy to get in touch with, and calls back promply. He did a nice job, and is very pleasant. However, I feel the price -$254.40 (incl. tax) for 380 sq. ft. was steep. This is my business, and costs eat into my bottom line. I probably won't use him again because of the price only. Other that that, he is great to work with.

Clean Concepts was a very nice and very personable company. They worked out just great for us. They were very nice and they were here when they was supposed to be. Garch Borel is the man's name and he is great. I have no complaints with them at all.
