Garth (the owner) arrived on time, did the job exactly as specified and promised, finished on time, and totally satisfied us. The carpets look great. What more needs to be said? (We are repeat customers and have always been happy with Garth's work and professionalism).

Been using Clean Concepts for 10 years. He really get the carpet clean unlike the National Franchises that just get me carpet wet. Garth Borel is great.

My experience working with Clean Concepts was great from start to finish. When I called Garth to request a carpet cleaning quote for my whole house, he returned my call promptly on the same day, and gave me a detailed quote based on my description of our home. He had availability within a week, and provided me with helpful instructions on how to prepare for his visit. After we scheduled, Garth provided a reminder phone call, and arrived promptly to our scheduled appointment. He completed my whole house in a timely manner. He walked through each room with me before starting to clean, and also before the strain protection treatment to ensure my satisfaction. The quote he originally provided was fairly accurate, and only needed to be adjusted for a couple of extra smaller spaces that were not elaborated on in the initial phone call, and for the additional stain protection treatment that I chose to have done. Garth was extremely personable, down-to-earth, knowledgable, and honest about his process and what to expect. He was very thorough and the carpets looked great when he was finished. He provided a follow-up phone call to address any concerns, and was always available to answer any questions before, during, or after his cleaning.

The gentleman who did the cleaning was prompt and courteous. He made special efforts to remove all stains. His attention to detail was excellent; especially cleaning in the corners & where the rug meets the baseboard. The rugs look beautiful.

Clean Concepts has been our provider of choice for years. Garth's customer service is incredible. He calls you right back and he was here within 24 hours of my call. He has cleaned the carpets in our home as well as a few oriental rugs several times and he is very particular and thorough. You can really tell how much he cares about his customers and the level of service he provides. He is incredibly professional and polite. He leaves the house much better than he finds it!

Garth Borel from Clean Concepts was professional and friendly. He owns and operates the business. He worked alone. He arrived on time and called the day before to verify address, time, how to prepare for his arrival and services to be done. He had me walk him around the house to show him areas to be cleaned and any problem areas before starting. He explained what he would do and what stains could and could not be realistically removed. He gave me some general stain cleaning tips to use in the future. He was conscientious of the fact that there are pets in the home and he wanted to make sure that no pet got out of the home as the front door needed to be kept open a few inches during the process. He reviewed the furniture that he would be able to move and, if not, how far he could get under areas like beds. He worked hard and did not take any breaks. His job is clearly a physically strenuous one and I was impressed with what he accomplished. He had me walk around the home after the job was done to view the cleaned areas and to explain the carpet drying process, what to wear when walking on just cleaned carpets, and how to be safe (and not slip) especially when walking from a carpet to a tiled floor like the bathroom. The process he used involved no odor. After the carpets were cleaned, he reviewed the charges with me and they were consistent with what we had discussed prior to the job. Carpet cleaning is not cheap, but considering time spent, the difficulty of the work and the outcome, it was well worth it. I am absolutely amazed with how great my carpets look especially considering the fact that I was on the verge of replacing them due to pet stains/odors and high traffic area staining. I am so glad I went this route. The personal attention to detail and conscientious work provided by Mr. Borel is far superior to a large company that employs many people who often just want to get in and out...

It went great. He has been working for us more than a decade, and has always done a great job. On the other hand, the Angie's review survey was one of the worst I've ever seen. The web link was wrong, I had to do it three times, the instructions were confusing and it wouldn't accept my password. In the end I gave up on the link and went into my account directly to do the review. There it did accept my password. Even this was a maze of menus, but I eventually found it. This is from a guy who has been designing computers and writing software for 30 years. You guys are REALLY lame in terms of user interface. It's amazing you are still in business, maybe it is time to dump my membership.

From start to finish, Clean Concepts was professional in every way. Very prompt, kept me informed as to progress on my service, and service was much better than average. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend.

Very thorough, professional, and very high quality

The service was professional and efficient. The price was competitive and stains that were years old came out. The carpets look great ! Highly recommend!!

Provider was most cordial, polite, punctual and efficient. All carpet stains were removed and the rugs look fabulous. The cost was quite a bit higher than I have paid to previous providers but if the carpets stay cleaner longer, then it will have been worth it.

First of all I got an incredibly fast response from Garth. He was very courteous, professional and punctual. I called him Friday he came Tuesday. He didn't rush the process and explained to me about the different stains which I found very helpful. He cleaned the carpet on the stairs and in our basement club which is a large area. The carpet had foot traffic, beer and other drink, and food stains on it. I had previously tried to get them out with not much success. They look very clean and I'm very pleased with the results. I will definitely be using him again for some more cleaning in the future.

He came on day recommended, and he exceeded my expectations. He did all the work himself. His estimates were right on target. He's not cheap, but he's worth every penny.

It went great. Garth arrived on time, cleaned all the carpets and the hallway and steps, and gave me detailed instructions on drying. He told me when I could the furniture back in place. He was supposed to clean a Berber in the basement but the night before a water softener tank in the basement leaked on the carpet. Garth helped by extracting as much of the water as he could and told me how to completely dry the carpet and padding. This is the fourth time we've used Garth and Clean Concepts and we've never been disappointed. There are never any hidden costs, everything is always right up front.

The chairs were in bad shape and look amazing. The company is responsive, trustworthy, extremely professional, and do an outstanding job. I highly recommend their services.
