Clean Concepts

Very happy with the results, our soft is older so I wasn't expecting much, but the cleaning exceed expectations. Also, I love that there were not harsh chemicals - just hot water and so citrus solution for stains. They were clean and quick.

I have used Clean Concepts for many years. Every experience has been perfect. Garth provides a reminder call the night before. He is always punctual. Carpets always come out beautifully. He is careful about lifting and setting aside long drapes and other items that should not get wet. This time he cleaned my carpets around 9 am and by mid afternoon they were almost completely dry. I couldn't be home this time so he let himself in/out of my house. He left the house as he found it and all doors were locked. If this cleaning is like all the others, he was call in a couple of days and make sure I am happy with the look of the carpets. Always am! It isn't often that service providers do all things well but Garth does.

Great! Garth Borel is the owner and does all his own work. He was very professional and careful of my carpet and furniture. He discussed some stains that did not come out completely and I understood why. I also asked him if he had time, could he do our master bedroom carpet, and also a micro suede sofa in our family room. He said yes, and the sofa came out great. He was a pleasure to have in my home. He only took a 15 minute break to have lunch! I was pleased with everything he did.

Called ahead of time and said he was done his first job earlier than expected, so asked if he could come early for our appointment. Was very happy to have him come early. He was very friendly and professional, looked at the carpets to be cleaned and explained which stains he could get out and which stains would probably remain but be minimal. Carpets came out great, much better than a company we had used for the stairs years ago. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone wanting to get their carpets cleaned.

The work performed was outstanding. The results were fantastic!

My dog got sick on my bedroom carpet I called Birth On Monday afternoon and he came on Tuesday afternoon. He was able to get & go of the spot out. I appreciate him being able to fit me into his schedule on such short notice.

Garth arrived right on time, set about the work explaining the steps as he proceeded. The job was professionally completed within an hour and the recliner marks were thoroughly removed while the older staines were much diminished. He did all we had expected and we were pleased with his services.

It was fabulous! I called the day after the holiday expecting to make the schedule in a week or two. Clean Concepts had an opening for the next day. (I may be just lucky with this.) We made an appointment for the next day and he arrived at the appointed time. We discussed what was to be done and the special spots where extra attention would be required. Upon inspection he said that two of the spots were stained and would not clean completely. This was okay as that is what I expected. I asked him to pay special attention to the thresholds at each of the doors which he did. About 1.5 hours later I returned to find him mostly finished and packing up. We went into the condo and I was completely and pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat and wonderful the carpets looked. The two spots were not totally gone but they were clearly diminished in size and intensity of stain. The rest of the carpets were completely clean of the many marks and dirty spots that had accumulated over time. As the carpets dried over the next couple of days they looked and felt almost like new. We have used this company before and have always had excellent response, service and cleaning results from them. I am sure we will use them again and have highly recommended them to many of our friends.

The carpets look and feel much cleaner and I particularly appreciated that his cleaning machine generated actual steam, not hot water, so that when he was finished the carpets were damp,not soaking wet as other cleaners have left them. He applied a pet stain and odor remover to a room where my cat misbehaved frequently. It helped but did not entirely remove the smell. Garth explained to me in advance that that would be the likely result so I am not disappointed. Garth was on time, courteous and professional and did a very thorough job. I am completely satisfied.

Garth is very responsive, prompt, professional and hard working. This is the second time I have used his carpet cleaning services, I forgot to post a review last time. I will continue to hire him in the future.
