Found Clean Concepts via Angie's List. Called and left message. Got a call back that day and scheduled to have our carpets in 3 room cleaned the next week. Garth Borel showed up on time and cleaned our carpets. Wife was very pleased with the job he did.

Work began on schedule. The equipment was quiet and clean with care taken not to damage the woodwork or furniture. All areas were cleaned and furniture was moved and returned to its original position. All the work was completed in about 4 hours. I am very pleased with the service as it was delivered in a professional and courteous manner and highly recommend this company .

Garth, of Clean Concepts, has cleaned our wall-to-wall carpeting now two times. He does an excellent and thorough job. I recommend him 110%! Last time, after he cleaned our bedroom carpet, our dog peed on it and he promptly came back and recleaned the area.

Garth showed up exactly on time and completed the job in about an hour. Carpets look good as new. While he was waiting for me to return to make payment he also cleaned the carpet to the Garage at no additional cost. That was unexpected, but appreciated.

Great!! I have been using Clean Concepts for over 20years, he cleaned my mother in-laws rugs before that. He is wonderful, does a great job, very professional, and trust worthy.

He was very punctual and courteous. He kept me involved in showing me what he was doing and how the work was progressing. When finished, he showed me the finished product and asked for feedback. The rugs looked marvelous! He followed up with a call to see how everything turned out when the carpet dried. I was very pleased with his service.

Garth is always very professional and will do whatever he can to get stains out. He is fast, on time and leaves clear instructions for care of carpets. He always follows up and offers to return for any reason if you're not satisfied. We've used him many years and highly recommend!

Garth called back within hours of our initial call Monday to set up a time! He promptly scheduled us for Wednesday morning at 9am. He called to confirm the day before the work was to be performed and arrived right on time Wednesday. He took the time to evaluate the heavily soiled areas and proceeded to do a wonderful job! He repeated the process for the heavily soiled areas of the rugs. Much more work than a chain type carpet cleaning company would do. That's what's great about using someone local. He gave us tips on care of our particular type and age of carpet going forward and stain-protected three of the four areas. Even though he said the Angie's prices are old he still honored them for this cleaning. Awesome gentleman and very thorough. He called back two days later to check on the drying times and the soiled areas. Top notch service at a great price! Highly recommend!

I will use Clean Concepts again! Garth cleaned my stairs and hall and they look absolutely beautiful; almost like new! Garth saw a stain on the carpet in my bedroom and he asked if I would like him to try to remove it. He did it complimentary. He removed the stain that was already unsuccessfully treated by another company. He was very professional and quick!! Thank you!
