Response from Chapman Windows and Doors
Customer, I apologize for your displeasure with our company. However I feel we are being falsely accused on this review. This was a commercial job where your former company decided to buy products from us due to the spec’s and budget of your customer. We were not hired to install the windows and did not do any of the installation. There were two different buildings with two different products installed. The main building had high end windows where we had no problems. In order to stay within the budget your employer chose a different window line for the Maintenance building. Unfortunately these windows were not of the same grade as the main building and we agreed that some of the windows did not live up to the quality we expect from our manufacturers. As a result we contacted the manufacturer and demanded they send someone, along with our service department, to correct these problems. We worked hand in hand with your employer, your installer and our manufacturer until all issues were resolved to the satisfaction of the end customer. Since your former employer hired us, after all of this occurred, to do some additional work on the maintenance building we assume all was well. The end customer has also expressed their overall appreciation and satisfaction with the products we supplied and has gladly granted us permission to use this job on our marketing material. We always strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. Sometimes events happen that are out of our control, but we do not walk away from any job until we have done all that we can in order to satisfy our customers. Sincerely, Doug Chapman
