Great job on our kitchen tile!

He verbally promised a portion of his service that he could not live up to... I told him that the rug had some tough stains in them, and he told me no problem, he could get the stains out and make them look new... and he did not remove the stains... and I did not smell any carpet fresh!

Very professional, highly recommended without reservations. The carpets look brand new. Definitively will have him again for carpert deep cleaning and also for the other servises he offers.

Service Tech was extremely nice and polite and carpets were cleaned properly. The only complaint I had was they knocked some paint off the corners of my wall with the big hoses. Didn't notice it until after they had left. I thought I was hiring Carpet Hero but tech was from I Clean Carpet and So Much More.

The office called me almost immediately from when I contacted Home Advisor. They gave me a quote for what I wanted done and we set the date. Fast and easy. Seth was quick, efficient, and friendly. He clearly explained what he would be doing, and was flexible about some changes. I highly recommend this service. My rugs look great, better than they have looked in a while.

Carpet Hero was on time, and really did a GREAT job on our carpets. Very thorough & very considerate. I will be using them again in the future.

I like working with smaller local businesses - the owner Seth told me he has been working in the business for 10 years and his own company for the past year. He will be very successful!! Carpet Hero met my expectations, this was the first time I have used them and I can see the difference after the carpets were cleaned - Awesome job! I have used Stanley Steamers and other private cleaners, they did not meet my expectations. The carpet in the bedroom and stairways looked new and fresh after they were cleaned.
