Rugs were definitely much better looking after cleaning. Typically the price wasn’t the quoted 175 but upsold to 291. Still the rugs looked much better.

I have always used Stanley S. to do my carpets, but after their prices had become so outrageous I decided to give Home Advisor a try. I was hesitant because I did not know where to start, but I read the reviews for Carpet Hero, and once I put in an inquiry, I was contacted immediately. The price was great, the scheduling was accommodating, but most importantly, MY CARPETS LOOK AMAZING. I have a dog, and any pet owner knows what that can be like. I came home to a fresh, clean home. I will one hundred percent use Carpet Hero again and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to ANYONE who is looking for amazing, courteous service, without the extra price tag.

THE OWNER OF THE BUSINESS DID THE WORK. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THE ONLY AREA I CAN THINK OF FOR THIS BUSINESS TO IMPROVE WAS IN THE SCHEDULING. I HAD DIFFICULTIES HOOKING UP WITH THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY DOES THE SCHEDULING - BUT ONCE THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED IT WAS EASY!! THE SCHEDULER CALLED FROM WHAT APPEARED TO BE A RANDOM 8XX NUMBER AND I DIDN'T ANSWER, ASSUMING IT WAS YET ANOTHER SPAM CALL (I GET SO MANY). ON SECOND OR THIRD TRY THE SCHEDULER FINALLY LEFT A MESSAGE AND AFTER THAT EVERYTHING WAS COOL. IF YOU RUN INTO THIS - PERSEVERE THROUGH THIS SLIGHT ANNOYANCE, THE WORK THAT WAS DONE WAS WORTH THE LITTLE BIT OF EXTRA EFFORT.

Seth, the owner of the company, was right on time, did a fabulous job cleaning my carpets (like night and day), and was extremely personable. He gas the latest and greatest equipment, and went the extra mile to insure that the job was done perfectly!! I would highly recommend Carpet Hero to anyone who wants superior performance and extremely competitive pricing. I've used other companies in the past (Stanley Steamer and Sears), but their work and the look of my carpets was in no way even close to the work performed by Carpet Hero. If you need your carpets cleaned, then look no further than Seth and Carpet Heros!!!! You will not be disappointed in your decision. I'm having them come back to do my dining room chairs in a few weeks. I really trust Carpet Heros to do an exceptionally outstanding job. Period!!!

These guys did a great job. They were fast and answered any questions. Cleaned my carpet and tile grout in my kitchen.
