They are professional. There was a problem with a leak in the heater that caused flooding and they were very willing to pay for the damages. I will still continue to use them and I would recommend them to others.

Joey M. promptly arrived and introduced himself. He explained what he was going to do and went to work checking the two unit in the home and then the compressors. At each step he checked in with me and was knowledgeable about the work he was performing. At the end of the appointment he presented a detailed invoice describing the work completed and also recorded the model and serial numbers for the major parts of the units. After using other companies in the past, I am impressed with the work performed and the manner in which the work was completed. Thank you.

Great! Replaced the part. Worked quickly. Reviewed work. Showed us the previous service technician (not them) had put in the wrong motor which causes wear on the furnace. He showed us the motor. We now have heat!

Brewer Company came on a Monday Am with a crew of four and worked for four days and completed the installation. The crew was efficient, polite, very careful in doing the installation. What little mess they made they cleaned it up each day. We were very pleased with the job they did with placing the duct work in closets. We lost very little closet space. Ted Brewer chose the AC fan unit for our home of a certain size so that we would still have room for storage in our attic. We now wait for the electrician to upgrade our panel so we can enjoy central air.

Great! The time I placed my emergency call (an old furnace died unexpectedly) to the time work was complete, was only two days. I was not a previous customer nor did I have any type of service contract with them. They really saved the day.

They are always on time. They do quality work and the men are courteous and they always try to please us.
