While they responded quickly to arrange an estimate and then came out promptly, I never received an estimate from them within the time allotted by the insurance company to obtain estimates for their review. Consequently, I chose another contractor to do the work. It's really disappointing in a way, because I would have preferred to go with a local company (such as Boyle's); we are in the same town and they are only about two miles away from my home. However, the fact remains that I needed to have an actual written estimate for the insurance company to approve. I would consider using them again in the future - but not necessarily when I have an insurance adjuster pressing me to get estimates rushed in for work to be done.

Very helpful in making recommendations for product to meet our needs (home with 3 dogs). Good coordination with contractor installing radiant floor, and reached out to radiant flooring manufacturer to ensure carpet backing would be compatible. Prompt, courteous, clean, professional.

The company seemed fine all around. The quality was very good, and I have not problem with them at all. The price was a little above what we thought, but overall everything was fine.

We didn't go with them because we found someone else that was willing to do the job cheaper.

They are locally owned and operated. They are very responsive to any problems that I may incur. They have been in the business for more than 60 years. They have a good reputation in the area and maintain that reputation. They have a good selection of cork flooring in the shop and their prices are fair. I went for cork flooring because ceramic flooring is hard on your back and knees. I think ceramic flooring should be avoided. The other thing is that things get shattered on ceramic flooring, like glass. I also liked the idea of cork being a renewable product. It is very comfortable to walk on. They ripped open the old one and put in the new one. They moved the furniture for me.

I called and talked to someone about the job and he told me he'd have someone else call to schedule the time. Zach called and after a couple of messages we got in touch. He called me at 7am to try set up an appointment for that day. I told him I had errands and I wouldn't promise to be home before noon, but anytime after that was fine and if they'd call beforehand and I was home before noon, that was fine too. He said it would be right around 12 and they'd call first. Well at 10:30, the guys showed up without calling. I happened to be home, but it might not have worked out so well.

They were very good. The guy who did the work was excellent. He left everything very neat and clean when he left. He worked quickly and was very nice. Everything looks beautiful. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if I need anything else.

They did a fantastic job, even though we had a compressed schedule and were leaving for our son's graduation. They were very responsive and we would go with them again. The only glitch in their performance was when after the first call they lost our phone number and it took another call to get them moving.

They are fantastic. Do a wonderful job.

Nancy came out the day after I stopped in their showroom to measure and check on the wrinkling occurring in previously laid carpet. Also asked about the status of the carpet they're storing for me for my master bedroom, which will be installed after a bathroom remodel. She said she'd call back with estimate and answers. I had to call her. When I called for the price she still hadn't found out about my other carpet or what could be done about the wrinkling. Never got back to me with answers to my questions. Estimate was $225 more than the company I went with who seemed more helpful in addressing my carpet wrinkling problem.

THEY CAME ON TIME THE MORNING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. DID THEIR JOB and STAYED OUT OF THE WAY.
