I had to have them come and do 1 1/2 hour work to take out toilets and disconnect washer/dryer units in the am and return later to reinstall for new flooring. I could not get a price from them and was told if I did not like the price they gave me I could not hire them (which was my first inkling that they would be on the expensive side) They first tried to sell me $7,000.00 worth of plumbing and then when I told them I just wanted the disconnect/ reconnect, the charged me over $1,300.00 for 3 hours worth of work with no parts required except 3 wax seals which equates to approx. $400.00 per Hour. Had no choice by that time but to pay the ransom that they required or have no flooring but will never hire them again for any work. the only pleasant thing that I can say was that both installers were pleasant.

Excellent company. Came well prepared and was very clean. Even suggested we replace overflow tank on hot water heater.

Seemed a little pricey but got the job done quickly and had everything with them to do it great workmanship and great person with my dogs they loved him and normaly they dont like anyone thank you!

I had a great experience

Plumber was prompt and seemed efficient the first visit. They had to return to reseat flange after it shifted. He insisted it “couldn’t have moved”. Finally agreed to redo it but is still higher then past ones. Lesson learned and I guess it’s worth waiting for regular plumber then “convenience” of prompt service. Lesson learned.
