Greg was absolutely fantastic! He explained every step of what he did to fix the problem. Appointment time was a window and he was able to reach us before the earliest time. Even received a phone call 15 - 20 before he arrived that he was on his way. Prices were very reasonable for the repair. I will definitely use this company again! Thank You very much!!

They were first to respond to my request for needing help but I wish I had more time to get other quotes. But when you have kids 2 days without hot water is too long. I think the price was very high, don t know if I am just cheap but over $1800 is too high to me for a replacement water heater and installation. That is why I rated it what I did because of the price.
