Came out on a Sunday night to see what the problem was, charged the daytime rate, then told me a 30 gallon water heater was going to cost $1700. WHAT?!?! i said thanks but no thanks.

They seemed extremely overpriced. I had a clogged bathtub. I should have trusted my instincts from the beginning. Although the plumber was professional I was uncomfortable when the first thing he said when he looked at my tub was I have never seen anything like this before. This is a pickle. How could a plumber have never seen a clogged tub before! I was charged over 400 to use an electric auger on it. In my research that was much more then the average. It didn't work. I was told that it would cost me 2700 to repipe due to a clog. Since I did not have the money at the time I plunged it the next day again and was able to get the tub to empty. I do believe I need more work and now have the money but will like elsewhere.

Brennan was very professional, helpful and friendly. He has done some other repairs at my home and I have always liked the work he completed. I had an electric tankless water heater installed for the whole house...so far it has been good.

I woke up this morning and had no hot water. Contacted Home Advisor. Received a call almost immediately from office staff at Benjamin Franklin. The woman was very professional and helpful! She was able to send someone out right away. Chris the service tech arrived and checked out my water heater. It was determined to just be a sensor that possibly got a little dust on it and caused a malfunction. Chris stayed around awhile to make sure the water tank filled up again. I can’t thank Chris enough for his help! I would definitely call them again!

They were unbelievablely and unnecessarily overly expensive!!! Went to Home Depot and purchased snake and resolvedproblem with help of neighbor.

Heard back from my quote request within a week, but they do not install hand pump wells. I have a small Garnett s and would like a backup water source. But friendly over the phone and will contact them for quotes for future plumbing needs.
