The plumbers are great. The problem is with customer service and management. My daughter and I share a house. I hired Benjamin Franklin for a clogged drain so the account was set up in my name. My adult daughter who lives upstairs hired them because she was getting new appliances installed and needed help with plumbing for a dishwasher and a water line for a refrigerator. On the day her refrigerator was supposed to be installed I was at work - visiting a client an hour away. My personal cellphone was in silent mode so I missed the notification that the plumber was on the way. My daughter was not notified so the plumber showed up and found out her refrigerator was not delivered. He charged her $76 then went two doors down to his next job. I called customer service and they said only one account per household! So they will only email/text me! This policy is. My daughter is an adult who pays her own bills and arranges her own schedule. As much as I like their plumbers I will sadly not use their service again due to their refusal to compromise and come up with a solution. I am forced to close my account so my daughter can open one of her own.

They came out 1st day. Great company to hire! I also used them for electrical. All round professional company. Love them!

Dave did a fantastic job. Benjamin Franklin even sent an text with his picture and background. No guessing he was the tech that was to be here. Had everything on his truck so he was able to complete the job without having to return.

Very professional, arrived on time. Assessed and diagnosed the problems. Knowledgeable, came up with and presented a plan and gave me an estimate. Fixed the problems on a timely manor. Cleaned up. Wore protective ( virus) gear. I also wore protective gear. The company inquired about any health problems in the house as well as letting me know their employees were healthy during this pandemic. The plumbers name was Dave. He also updated my protection plan program. He went over what he did and gave me instructions. He gave me his business card in case I have any issues with the work. I highly recommend this service with 5STARS!
