I was told by plummer that my under ground pipe thru sewer system was broken. Need to replace 30 feet of pipes. So dig up my yard remove busted pipes an. Installed new pipe. Will help i no more clogged sinks or tiolets

This is my second time having this company do service in my house. The first time was for a gas leak. This time was for routine maintenance on the all plumbing in the home.

I recently had a problem with my tub/shower. Benjamin Franklin called and came out in two days and fixed the problem and was very punctual, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend and use them again.

I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Jon P and his assistant were fantastic. They showed up on time and immediately asked me questions so that they could understand my issue. I showed them the work and Jon performed an inspection to make sure that was truly the issue and to see if anything else might be causing my leak. He confirmed that he thought the issue was the same and promptly provided me with a quote for various resolutions to my problem. I ended up having Jon and his assistant pull the toilet off and to replace the seal and re-seat the toilet. They finished quickly and ensured me the leak was fixed. Jon also indicated the warranty on the work was good for 1-year and to call if I ran into any issues with their fix. They did a fantastic job and I could not believe how quickly the problem was resolved.

Jeremy was able to repair a kitchen faucet that broke. He is efficient, personable and has a good knowledge of the product.

BE CAREFUL!!!! They charged $689.15 per hour!!! That does not include any parts!!! That is just labor! $689.15/hour. They were at our house for one hour and 45 minutes total and charged $1,206. I explained how that does not seem right and asked for a discount. The plumber gave me $12 off??? So instead of paying $1,218 he only charged me $1,206!!!! HOMEOWNERS BE CAREFUL!!!!! YOU DON?T WANT TO BE IN MY SHOES :( I COULD POST A COPY OF MY RECEIPT IF THEY LET ME!

Very professional and experienced in his job.

I signed up for a maintenance plan. Jeremy came out and inspected my pipes, flushed my hot water heater and made some adjustments to drains. I highly recommend the maintenance plan, you have peace of mind after have such a thorough inspection.

Our technician Matthew was very professional and thorough in his work. He put down protective covering on our tile and hardwood floors, including our hardwood stairs. We were very satisfied with his work.
