The first guy tried everything to get my clog clear. The clog was completely my fault, and he did everything he could to clear it at the best price point possible. When we had to go to more extreme measures, that second guy was able to get the clog clear, and they billed me very fairly for what they had to do for me. I am very great full to them. Very professional, and left everything clean upon leaving! I would definitely get them again.

The work was fine and the customer service was great, no complaints there. My issue was the inflated cost. They came to my house and gave me an estimate to replace a water heater. When they came back to do the job the cost nearly doubled! An extra $300 for fittings and $180 for an expansion tank. I did not want to risk the water heater busting so I just told them to go ahead and do the work but I feel that I was overcharged.
