From the initial phone call till when John left, the entire experience, which was a pretty horrific mess, was made more than bearable by John himself and the overall experience with Ben Franklin. John was compassionate, very knowledgeable and I felt like he really cared about the very serious dilemma that I was in. I am looking forward to working with him as he makes a Temps to put together ideas about a major project that needs to be done with the plumbing and sewage, and one that will not break the bank.

Jon did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous and respectful.

Bought the water heater at Home Depot ( for 430.00) and brought it home myself. The tech came and installed it in less than 3 hours. They charged me thousand dollars. Oh, by the way... that was NOT an emergency, just a routine tank replacement scheduled several days in advance. Makes you rethink the value of the dollar.

Called a 1/2 an hour before he was coming got here on time was very knowledgeable about the job and kept me informed the entire way

Paul, the service technician, did an awesome job at communicating my options and remaining aware of how financially stressful some of these decisions can be. He was honest, we worked out our courses of action, and he executed on the plan. Hopefully I dont have to call him again, but if I have any additional issues, he is someone I trust to call.
