Needed Main shutoff replaced. They were able to give a good estimate and then complete the work immediately. We noticed hot water heater was leaking and at end of projected lifespan. They were able to give 2 options and I went with the cheaper one. I know it was more expensive than had I bid the job out, but I was happy to have it done on the spot. Very knowledgeable, friendly and profession plumber. Happy with the experience overall.

Even though they arrive three days before they were scheduled, they were acting like this was an emergency. Drop cloths could have been used. I had to repair my dryer vent and replace well cover. A small amount was taken off my bill but when i pay top price expect top service

Billy and his team did an excellent job of replacing everything with the water system. Upgraded well pump and pipes, replacing pressure tank and water heater. Added filtration and water softener systems as well. Replaced kitchen and bathroom faucets,also both frost-free hose bibs outside. Very professional friendly team. Cleaned up work areas very good. Would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Great work Josh did a great job. More than what I started out wanting. I only wanted a Faust replacement in the kitchen and ended up with a lot more. Very expensive but worth it in the long run.

After looking at what was suppose to be done, and the entire job was evaluated, I was told I would be better off in getting a complete new water heater, and not put new parts in an 8 year old water heater, for once I felt like I was not ripped off, and given the best advice, and that is what I will do.
